El documento recoge la metodología utilizada para la construcción del indicador ISSSA, así como todos los indicadores que ISSSA integra, especificando sus fuentes y pertinentes aclaraciones. Se incluyen también los gráficos y tablas a los que se hace referencia en el artículo: Análisis de la evolución de los sistemas agroalimentarios en Europa occidental (1986-2020): ISSSA, un indicador de soberanía y sostenibilidad. El documento también incorpora los resultados obtenidos del análisis de clúster jerárquico presentado en el mismo artículo. Los indicadores, tablas, gráficos y análisis que forman parte de esta base de datos se han llevado a cabo para los siguientes casos de estudio: Alemania, Dinamarca, España, Francia, Italia, Reino Unido y Suecia.

Queremos agradecer el apoyo económico ofrecido por la Fundació Institut Confuci de Barcelona y técnico del Departament de Traducció, d'Interpretació i d'Estudis de l'Àsia Oriental de la UAB., En els darrers anys l'interès per aprendre xinès ha crescut exponencialment arreu. Paral·lelament, a Internet s'han anat acumulant una gran quantitat de recursos per a l'ensenyament i l'aprenentatge de llengües en general i del xinès en concret. Això no obstant, el gran volum, varietat i dispersió dels materials, juntament amb les limitacions de temps, en dificulten l'ús per part dels usuaris, en particular dels estudiants, qui no sempre tenen els recursos per avaluar-ne la qualitat. L'objectiu d'aquest projecte, doncs, és crear una base de dades de recursos digitals per oferir una solució en aquest sentit. Per això, en aquest web multilingüe d'accés obert no només s'hi troben un gran nombre de recursos avaluats per especialistes, sinó que també hi ha la possibilitat de seleccionar-los en funció de les necessitats dels usuaris, mitjançant una diversitat de filtres i etiquetes. L'usuari pot fer cerques per la tipologia del recurs, el nivell de llengua, les competències, l'idioma vehicular, les paraules clau, etc., de manera que es poden satisfer les necessitats tant dels aprenents com dels docents, ja sigui per fer-ne ús a l'aula o per a l'aprenentatge autònom. A més a més, els usuaris també poden fer-hi aportacions puntuant els recursos, proposant-ne de nous o enviant la seva opinió a través d'aquest formulari. En definitiva, aquest recull es presenta com un projecte dinàmic, en creixement i revisió constants., En los últimos años el interés por aprender chino ha crecido exponencialmente en todo el mundo. Paralelamente, en Internet se ha ido acumulando una gran cantidad de recursos para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de lenguas, en general, y del chino, en particular. Sin embargo, el gran volumen, variedad y dispersión de los materiales, junto con las limitaciones de tiempo, dificultan su utilización por parte de los usuarios, en particular de los estudiantes, quienes además no siempre tienen los recursos suficientes para avaluar su calidad. El objetivo de este proyecto es crear una base de datos de recursos digitales para ofrecer una solución a este problema. Por ello, en esta web multilingüe de acceso abierto no solo se pueden encontrar un gran número de recursos evaluados por especialistas, sino que también se pueden seleccionar en función de las necesidades de los distintos usuarios, mediante una diversidad de filtros y etiquetas. El usuario puede hacer búsquedas según la tipología del recurso, el nivel de lengua, las competencias, el idioma vehicular, las palabras clave, etc., de modo que se pueden satisfacer las necesidades tanto de aprendices como de docentes, bien sea para su uso en el aula o para el aprendizaje autónomo. Además, los usuarios también pueden hacer aportaciones puntuando o sugiriendo nuevos recursos y enviando su opinión a través de este formulario. En definitiva, esta web es un proyecto dinámico en construcción y revisión constante., In recent years, the interest in learning Chinese has surged globally. Concurrently, the Internet has been accumulating an abundance of resources for the teaching and learning of foreign languages, including Chinese. However, the great number and disparity of such materials, together with time constraints, make it difficult for users to fully benefit from them. In the case of students, moreover, they don't always possess the necessary tools to evaluate the quality of the resources. This project aims at creating a database of digital resources so as to offer a possible solution to the above-mentioned problem. This open access multilingual website not only includes a great number of resources, which have been thoroughly assessed by experts, but it also offers the possibility to apply different filters and select among a variety of tags, thus accommodating the needs of different users. Hence, users can search by resource type, resource language, language level, skills, keywords, and so on. In this way, the database can meet the needs of both learners and teachers and can be used in the classroom as well as for self-study. Additionally, users can also contribute to the project by rating the resources, by suggesting new ones or by submitting their opinion through this form. To sum it up, this website is a dynamic, on-going project, which is continuously and timely updated.

This protocol is published in Annex 1 of Albert Fina's PhD thesis. The attached contain relevant information and scripts which are used for: Compression of a Genome Scale Metabolic Model of Pichia pastoris into a core model using Matlab. Translation of the core model into a FTBL format core model, which is the input model for the python-based software influx_si. Modification of the core FTBL model to generate an input model for IsoDesign (a software for the optimization of the C-source for 13C-Metabolic Flux Analysis).

This chapter describes the fluxome of 3-hydroxypropionic acid producing Pichia pastoris recombinant strains. Glycerol was used as a sole carbon source. A High Throughput platform was used to simultaneously characterize the fluxome of 10 recombinant strains at pH 5 and 6 recombinant strains at pH 3.5. All the experiments were carried in triplicates. To determine the intracellular fluxes, stationary 13C-Metabolic Flux Analysis was used using the data of the isotopologue distribution of the proteinogenic amino acids. The files attached herein contain: the description of how to obtain the models used for this study, the raw data obtained from the mini-bioreactor cultivations, the files to process the raw data, and the results (bioprocess parameters and fluxes from 13C-Metabolic flux analysis and Flux Balance Analysis).

TERRESTRIAL REPTILE COUNTS IN DOÑANA 2005-2021

Dataset are structured following well-established data formats Darwing Core. Three files are provided. The first file (ebd-rept_event_20220606) contains the information of the project, the institution and the description each event (time of occurrence, geographical coordinates, habitat type, etc…); the second file (ebd-rept_occ_20220606) contains the information of the occurrences of species recorded in each transect, taxonomic classification, geographoical coordinates of its observation, etc…; and the third file (ebd-rept_measurOrfact_20220606) provide information of the description of other variables measured during counts., 1. ebd-rept_event_20220606: eventID, institutionCode, institutionID, datasetName, continent, country, countryCode, Province, Location, Locality, LocalityID, eventDate, eventTime, decimalLatitude, decimalLongitude, decimalLatitudeEnd, decimalLongitudeEnd, verbatimCoordinate_func, verbatimCoordinate, habitat, sampleSizeValue, sampleSizeUnit, samplingEffort, recordedBy, samplingProtocol.-- 2. ebd-rept_occ_20220606: RecordedBy, eventID, OccurrenceID, OcurrenceTime, decimalLatitude, decimalLongitude, basisOfRecord, individualCount, lifeStage, sex, OccurrenceRemarks, behavior, kingdom, Class, Family, scientificName, genus, specificEpithet, scientificNameAuthorship, taxonRank.-- 3. ebd-rept_measurOrfact_20220606: eventID, measurementID, measurementType, measurementValue, measurementUnit, measurementMethod., The monitoring of the reptile community in Doñana was initiated in 2005 as part of the Monitoring Program of Natural Resources and Processes. The aim was to obtain a temporal and continuous series of data in the abundance of reptile species and analyze the trends to detect changes in their populations. The records are collected annually between 2005-2021 by members of the monitoring team which perform 7 sampling transects in different habitats (dunes and Mediterranean vegetation) three times per year in the periods when reptile activity is high (March-June and September-October), with good environmental conditions (temperature between 17 and 25C and absence of rain). Reptiles species are visually searched along the transects (linear or circular) that are carried out by one person on foot. Length transects are variable, averaged 1858 ± 51.86 meters, where all reptiles detected are recorded in the app Cybertracker. Three transects runs through wooden footpaths (within the Natural Park) and four transects (within the National Park) are placed on sand-trails surrounded by Mediterranean shrublands. The method used records only terrestrial species since it has not been able to detect those species that have a fossorial behaviour (the Mediterranean Worm Lizard Blanus cinereus) or those species that used to be frequently hidden in dense vegetation (the Mediterranean Chamaleon Chamaeleo chamaeleon). Data recorded during the surveys include weather description (cloud cover, temperature, rain, or wind speed), species identification, number of individuals, sex and life stage of the reptiles when possible, as well as time and georeferenced data of the observation. Between 2005-2007 data is registered in Excel file and since 2008 data is recorded in CyberTracker sequence (see protocol).
