Included in the folder: Numerical solutions for Hamiltonian system (computation of action, flight times, transients) and Gillespie algorithms Subject: Stochastic saddle-node bifurcations and WKB approximation All the programs have been writen in ANSI C and compiled with the GNU C-compiler (see https://gcc.gnu.org/) in a linux computer. Its current distribution is Ubuntu 22.04 but we are pretty sure they are totally compatible with any standard linux distribution, since all the commands employed are standard.

Domus Ludens. The Domus Ludens Project has sought to promote play culture in residential centres to protect children in three European countries: Spain, Poland and Germany. the general objective of the Domus Ludens project has been to promote the "right to play" of children and youngsters (13-17 years old) living in residential centres by carrying out a pilot test of eight months of board game sessions per week, to assess whether regular, structured and professionally guided play has a positive impact on the "well-being" of this particularly vulnerable target group and to analyse what cognitive, emotional and social skills can be developed through regular play. The research technique used for the evaluation of the pilot was the survey, and the instruments were questionnaires with open-ended and closed-ended questions. These questionnaires were designed in English and then translated into the languages of each country (Catalan, Spanish, Polish and German). This dataset includes: (1) The data frame in SPSS Statistics Data Document (.sav) format, with the youngsters and youth workers’ answers to the questionnaire (a total of 455 answers) 2)The questionnaire in english directed to youngsters (13-17 years old) living in residential centres 3)The questionnaire in english directed to professionals working with those young people

COMPARATIVE TRANSCRIPTOMICS OF THE STRAIN PAIRS AIEC/NON-AIEC

  • Bonet-Rossinyol, Queralt
  • Camprubí Font, Carla
  • López Siles, Mireia
  • Martínez Medina, Margarita

Dataset of comparative transcriptomics between Adherent Invasive Escherichia coli (AIEC)/non-Adherent Invasive Escherichia coli (non-AIEC) strain pairs.

The dataset contains six files: four of them contain the comparisons made between pairs of AIEC and non-AIEC strains. In addition, there are two additional files comparing comparisons made with the same pairs of strains but different conditions.

In these files, you can find the gene expression values in each sample analyzed. Moreover, the log2 fold change, p-value, q-value and test_stat are displayed for each comparison. The four comparisons performed are:

- Comparison 1 corresponds to comparative transcriptomics between AIEC17 vs ECG28 strains of the supernatant fraction of the infected cell culture.

- Comparison 2 corresponds to comparative transcriptomics between AIEC17 vs ECG28 strains of the eukaryotic fraction, containing bacteria adhered and invading intestinal epithelial cells.

- Comparison 5 corresponds to comparative transcriptomics between AIEC07 vs ECG04 strains of the supernatant fraction of the infected cell culture.

- Comparison 6 corresponds to comparative transcriptomics between AIEC07 vs ECG04 strains of the eukaryotic fraction, containing bacteria adhered and invading intestinal epithelial cells.

In each file, statistically significant differences of gene expression are selected and displayed in another sheet.

  • Fernández López, José Antonio
  • Alemany, Marià, 1946-
  • Remesar Betlloch, Xavier

MAGNETOTELLURIC IMPEDANCES OF TENERIFE AND BALEARIC ISLANDS CALCULATED TO MODEL THE GEOMAGNETICALLY INDUCED CURRENTS (GIC)

  • Piña-Varas, Perla
  • Martí i Castells, Anna
  • Hafizi, Raha
  • Ledo Fernández, Juanjo
  • Queralt i Capdevila, Pilar
  • Marcuello Pascual, Alejandro
These datasets contain the magnetotelluric (MT) impedances calculated from the electrical resistivity models of Tenerife Island (Canary Islands) and Balearic Islands. The Tenerife model was obtained from the 3D inversion of 148 MT sites (Piña-Varas et al. 2014). Model responses have been computed at 339 locations regularly distributed over the island, spaced about 3.3 km apart, in a period range between 0.1 and 10^5 s. The 3-D lithospheric model for the Balearic islands was built based on the crustal and lithospheric information (Ayala et al. 2015) and using the resistivity values from Broad Band MT data in Majorca Island (Pous et al.,1995) as a constraint. The full impedances have been computed at each cell of the model for the inland locations, and along the submarine line cable locations, in both cases spaced about 2 km apart, for periods from 0.1 s to 10^5 s.
