This database is raw data associated with the experimental fires made in the framework of FLAHME research project (MSCA-COFUND). There are the gis project and the data used for modelling of fire use in order to evaluate wellbeing and habitability conditions of inhabited spaces in the prehistory.

Output files of the AIMD and ONIOM calculations performed for the article entitled "Exploring the Esterase Catalytic Activity of Minimalist Heptapeptide Amyloid Fibers". The calculations were performed with the Amber20 and Gaussian 16 software, respectively, and all the files in principle can be read with any text file editor. The data have been generated with Linux operating system.

This dataset focuses on the sensory perceptions and purchasing intentions of consumers towards plant-based products. Data were collected in 2023 from a sample of 132 Spanish consumers through a structured, validated questionnaire administered via the Qualtrics platform. The questionnaire gathered information on hedonic sensory acceptance, perceived behavioural control, subjective norms, attitudes, and informed tasting experiences related to plant-based food products. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics and partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to identify the factors influencing purchasing intentions. The dataset offers insights into the moderate attitudes of consumers towards plant-based products, their high ratings of sensory characteristics, and the influence of these factors on purchase decisions. This research aims to inform stakeholders in the food industry about consumer behaviour related to plant-based products, with potential implications for product development and marketing strategies in Spain and similar European markets.

This dataset includes data on attention to EU issues during the 2019 European Parliament election.

El Dataset contiene los artículos extraídos de las bases de datos bibliográficas a Scopus (Elsevier), Web of Science – CoreCollection (Clarivate Analytics) a través de la Fundación Española para la Ciencia y Tecnología (FECYT), ERIC (Education Resources Information Center), PubMed y APA PsycInfo y SPORTDiscus a través de EBSCO Information Services. This dataset contains the measurements performed on different network devices connected in multiple topologies, including wifi connections.

Los subobjetivos principales han sido: i) el estudio de los los mecanoreceptores en la etiología y progresión de la enfermedad de Alzheimer y de la esclerosis lateral amiotrófica; ii) el estudio del papel de la enzima CaMKIIalpha en la fisiopatología de la enfermedad de Alzheimer; iii) el estudio de la contribución de distintas moléculas que involucran a la regulación del calcio y a la traducción de proteínas en la fisiopatología de la enfermedad de Alzheimer. Con los datos obtenidos hasta la fecha se han publicado tres artículos de investigación originales. Las metodologías y datos de interés en cada uno de los subobjetivos analizados se han puesto a disposición pública en los propios artículos publicados siempre en Open Access. Los datos experimentales y analíticos generados en este proyecto se han incluido en archivos Excel y formato FASTA como se detalla a continuación: - Datos cuantitativos: resultados de fluorescencia, mediciones de expresión génica (PCR), análisis de Western blot y microscopía confocal están en formato Excel. - Listados de genes obtenidos en screening en levaduras en formato Excel. - Secuencias proteícas: en formato FASTA. Por otro lado, algunos de los objetivos de este proyecto continúan en investigación con otro proyecto de Plan Nacional que comenzó el 1 de septiembre de 2024 (PID2023-1497670B-I00) que supone la continuación del actual. Los resultados finales de estos dos proyectos consecutivos serán puestos a disponibilidad pública cuando los objetivos planteados se hayan cumplido completamente.

The purpose of this dataset is to provide the data of Deliverable 5.4, which analyses the opinions and suggestions of stakeholders regarding the commercialization of seven plant-based products developed as part of the LOCALNUTLEG project. Nine experts and professionals from the Catalan nut and legume value chains were surveyed and brought together in a focus group session held in Barcelona (Spain) in April 2023, where they were asked to prioritize the commercialization policies per each LOCALNUTLEG product. The Analytic Hierarchy Process method was used to prioritize marketing actions per each product. Industry and market stakeholders, policy-makers, and researchers can use the results to develop product and marketing strategies for plant-based innovative products.

Neuroelectronic prostheses are being developed for restoring vision at the retinal level in patients who have lost their sight due to photoreceptor loss. The core component of these devices is the electrode array, which enables interfacing with retinal neurons. Generating the perception of meaningful images requires highdensity microelectrode arrays (MEAs) capable of precisely activating targeted retinal neurons. Achieving this precision necessitates the downscaling of electrodes to micrometer dimensions. However, miniaturization increases electrode impedance, which poses challenges by limiting the amount of current that can be delivered, thereby impairing the electrode’s capability for effective neural modulation. Additionally, it elevates noise levels, reducing the signal quality of the recorded neural activity. This report focuses on evaluating reduced graphene oxide (rGO) based devices for interfacing with the retina, showcasing their potential in vision restoration. Our findings reveal low impedance and high charge injection limit for microscale rGO electrodes, confirming their suitability for developing next-generation high-density retinal devices. We successfully demonstrated bidirectional interfacing with cell cultures and explanted retinal tissue, enabling the identification and modulation of multiple cells’ activity. Additionally, calcium imaging allowed real-time monitoring of retinal cell dynamics, demonstrating a significant reduction in activated areas with small-sized electrodes. Overall, this study lays the groundwork for developing advanced rGO-based MEAs for high-acuity visual prostheses.

This dataset contains all the quantitative data coming from the survey implemented in ten Spanish schools during Work Packages (WP) 5, 6, and 7 of the MiCREATE project. This survey was also implemented in Slovenia, Austria, Poland, Denmark and the United Kingdom, but the results of these implementations are not included in this dataset.
MiCREATE, Migrant Children and Communities in a Transforming Europe, is a European project funded under the Horizon 2020 programme. The overall objective of the project is to stimulate inclusion of diverse groups of migrant children to schools and reception communities by adopting a child-centered approach to migrant children integration on educational and policy levels. The dataset includes answers from both the Catalan and Spanish versions of the questionnaire. There were four questions that allowed the participants to enter text freely, and these have been cleaned up and translated to Catalan when necessary for the analysis.

Aquesta enquesta també es va implementar a Eslovènia, Àustria, Polònia, Dinamarca i el Regne Unit, però els resultats d'aquestes implementacions no s'inclouen en aquest conjunt de dades.
