DESCRIPTION:

BronchoPose dataset: a bronchoscopy navigation synthetic dataset based on real anatomies to enable fair comparison among methods. The presented database is composed by trajectories across airways extracted from Computerized Tomography (CT) scans. The anatomy of airways was extracted using a self-developed segmentation method. The trajectories of the database include the navigation path (spatial coordinates), the camera pose, and the simulated images of the virtual bronchoscopy. Virtual airways models are simulated using our own platform developed in C++ and VTK. From the virtual models, bronchoscope trajectories are simulated from the trachea entrance up until the 4 levels and cover the upper-right (ur), lower-right (br), upper-left (ul), and lower-left (bl) lobes. Trajectories are generated from the central navigation path through the luminal central line traversed using the arch-length parameter. Different increments in this parameter allow the simulation of varying velocities across the path. For each central path, different variations, both, in position and camera orientation are generated. Finally, paths with neighboring variations are randomly combined along the navigation arc-length parameter in order to simulate realistic trajectories. In total, our dataset has 876 trajectories per patient and lobe, amounting to a total of 842,712 frames.

This dataset contains experimental data collected from controlled laboratory experiments to examine the effects of environmental stressors on biofilm microbial communities. The dataset includes measurements of both functional and structural biofilm variables. Specifically, the functional variables assessed include photosynthetic efficiency (Yeff), basal fluorescence (F0), enzyme activities (β-D-1,4-glucosidase, alkaline phosphatase, and leucine-aminopeptidase). The structural variables include chlorophyll-a concentration and algal community composition at the genus level. The data also includes microbial gene expression, with qPCR quantification of key genes, including 16S rDNA (for bacteria and archaea) and 18S rDNA (for eukaryotes, mainly algae). Additionally, bacterial communities were characterized using high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rDNA gene. Pesticide concentrations in the water samples, as well as other water quality parameters such as nutrient concentrations, were also measured to assess the environmental conditions during the experiments. The dataset was collected under various treatment conditions, including high temperature, pesticide exposure, and water level reduction, in both sequential and co-occurrence stressor combinations. The data are organized by experiment type (EXP1, EXP2), treatment conditions, and analysis type, providing a comprehensive resource for researchers studying microbial ecology, ecotoxicology, and environmental stress responses.

PSYCHOMETRIC PROPERTIES OF I-DAQ AND INCA QUESTIONNAIRES IN A SAMPLE OF SPANISH YOUNG OFFENDERS

  • Morales-Vives, Fabia
  • Dueñas, Jorge-M
This dataset includes the data used in the posters presented at the 4th World Conference on Personality, XII Jornadas de la Asociación Iberoamericana para la Investigación de las Diferencias Individuales, and XIII Jornadas de la Asociación Iberoamericana para la Investigación de las Diferencias Individuales. More especifically it includes data about 150 Spanish young offenders (82.0% male) from Tarragona (Spain), with ages between 15 and 19 years old. This sample of young offenders was recruited from open intervention programs in the province of Tarragona (Catalonia, Spain). These programs are measures of criminal responsibility that are carried out in the social and family environment of the young person, so they do not involve deprivation of liberty. The data includes their ages, gender, responses to the Indirect-Direct Aggression Questionnaire (I-DAQ), and responses to the Inventory of Callous-unemotional traits and Antisocial behaviour (INCA questionnaire).
