HEROES-SPA: PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT

  • Mediavilla Torres, Roberto

HEROES is a longitudinal observational study that describes mental health outcomes among healthcare workers (HCWs) amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and explores their association with various exposures. The project involves over 20 countries worldwide, including Spain. The study protocol is available here: https://doi.org/10.1007%2Fs00127-021-02211-9.

This dataset allows replication of the main models of the manuscript entitled "Use of psychological interventions among healthcare workers over the 2-year period following the COVID-19 pandemic: A longitudinal study", which has been accepted for publication in PlosONE (doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0292932). The information that it contains is in keeping with the European General Data Protection Regulation. The analytic code is also uploaded.

REPRODUCIBLE EXPERIMENTS ON THE MASTER THESIS: AN EXPERIMENTAL SURVEY OF NAMED ENTITY RECOGNITION METHODS IN THE BIOMEDICAL DOMAIN

  • Hennig, Sebastian
  • Garcia-Serrano, Ana
Semantic Textual Similarity (also known as Semantic Short-text Similarity) is a research problem that aims to calculate the similarity among text units (phrases, sentences, paragraphs or texts) focusing on the semantic content. The importance of Semantic Similarity in Natural Language Processing has increased in the last years due to its relevance in many tasks and applications, such as Automatic Summarization, Machine Translation, Question Answering or Semantic Indexing. UB-NER is a self-contained Java software library for benchmarking state-of-the-art STS measures in the biomedical domain. It allows to define and execute a set of experiments combining different measures and preprocessing methods. This dataset contains the reproducibility framework and dependencies, whose aim is to allow the exact replication of unsupervised named entity recognition experiment in the biomedical domain as detailed in "ReproductionProtocol.pdf" file.

This project analyses the origin of the flint used in early MIS 3 and late MIS 4 by the Neanderthals of El Castillo. The results provide provenances of more than 400 km in the south of France and 200 km to the west (central Asturias). This generates a social territory of these Neanderthal groups of about 600 km in length and broadens the knowledge of the exchange networks known to the Neanderthals.
