TRL SPANISH V-SUBCAT LEXICON: LMF FORMAT

Gold-standard for Spanish verbal subcategorization frames. The gold-standard was built merging two manually developed dictionaries: the Spanish working lexicon of the Incyta Machine Translation system (Alonso and Bocsák, 2005) and the Spanish Resource Grammar (Marimon 2010). See Necsulescu et al (2011) for details about the process of merging both dictionaries and about the information encoded in the feature structures.

This dataset contains the Optical images obtained on different MIM devices after inducing multiple Dielectric Breakdown (BD) events of the gate dielectric. The images were taken under different conditions in order to evaluate their suitability as entropy source for the implementation of Physical Unclonable Funtions (PUF) in security applications. The dataset corresponds to the raw images, without any type of processing.

This dataset contains the optical images obtained on MIM structures after inducing multiple Dielectric Breakdowns (BD) of the gate stack. The images were taken under different conditions, in order to evaluate the suitability of the post-BD images as entropy source for the implementation of Physical Unclonable Functions (PUF) in security applications. In total, 9 devices were measured, under each of the conditions. The dataset corresponds to the set of images obtained without any type of processing.

This dataset contains the experimental data generated to evaluate the survival, inactivation, and recovery of Listeria monocytogenes in salmon (Salmo salar) and pork (Longissimus dorsi) subjected to sous-vide cooking at 55 °C. The dataset includes microbial counts (CFU/g) before and after thermal treatment, core temperature recordings during heating, calculated F-values, and kinetic parameters derived from Geeraerd and Weibull inactivation models. It also includes growth parameters obtained during refrigerated storage using Baranyi and log-linear models. The dataset is intended to support the reuse of experimental measurements for the validation of predictive microbiology models under mild heat (LTLT) processing conditions.

The dataset includes four curcumin-loaded nanoparticle formulations (CO-LLN, MG-LLN, HPO-SLN, and CN-SLN) differing by lipid type. Each formulation was characterized for particle size, ζ-potential, and physical stability. In vivo data were collected from 16 female Sprague Dawley rats divided into four treatment groups, each receiving 250 mg/kg curcumin orally. Biological samples included plasma, gastrointestinal segments, liver, kidney, and adipose tissues. Curcumin and its metabolites were quantified in these samples using LC-ESI–MS/MS. Overall, the dataset integrates formulation parameters, physicochemical properties, and in vivo biodistribution profiles of curcuminoids.
