REPLICATION DATA FOR OMEGA-3 DHA AS A BLANK CANVAS: A MOLECULAR APPROXIMATION TO HOW LIPID MEDIATORS MODULATE LGR6 IN INFLAMMATION RESOLUTION

  • Pérez-Sánchez, Álex
  • Garcia Viloca, Mireia
  • González-Lafont, Àngels
  • Lluch, José M.
This dataset brings together computational models and simulation results that explore how lipid-based molecules affect the human LGR6 receptor, a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) involved in inflammation. It includes structural predictions, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations that show how different lipid molecules interact with LGR6 in both its active and inactive forms. The receptor structures were predicted using AlphaFold2 and AlphaFold3, while docking results were produced with AutoDock Vina and GOLD. Long molecular dynamics simulations were carried out using Amber24, with each system run five times to ensure consistency and reliability. The dataset features several lipid mediators, including Maresin 1, Protectin D1, Leukotriene B4, and DHA-derived molecules, allowing researchers to see how small chemical changes in these lipids can influence LGR6’s shape and activity. It also includes results from protein structure network analyses, which map out how different parts of the receptor communicate during the simulations. All files are provided in common, open formats (such as PDB, CIF, VMD, and Amber topology/coordinate files), making them easy to visualize, compare, or reuse for further studies. Altogether, this collection offers a detailed, reproducible view of how bioactive lipids may regulate LGR6 and contribute to the resolution of inflammation., This dataset contains molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation results related to the activation of the LGR6 receptor by lipid mediators involved in inflammation resolution. The following sections describe the structure and contents of the dataset.

SPANISH LMF PAROLE/SIMPLE LEXICON

  • Universitat de Barcelona. Grup de recerca GILCUB
  • Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Institut Universitari de Lingüística Aplicada (IULA)
This is the LMF version of the Spanish Parole-Simple lexicon. The original PAROLE lexica (20,000 entries per language) were built conform to a model based on EAGLES guidelines and GENELEX results, underlying a common lexical tool adapted from the EUREKA-GENELEX project. This software tool was extended to support the PAROLE model and conversion and management processes of the resulting resources. The languages involved in PAROLE lexica are: Catalan, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Portugese, Spanish and Swedish. The goal of SIMPLE project was to add semantic information, selected for its relevance for LE applications, to the set of harmonised multifunctional lexica built for 12 European languages by the PAROLE consortium. PAROLE +SIMPLE lexicons contain morphological, syntactic and semantic information, organised according to a common model and to common linguistic specifications.

OPENFOAM FILES AND RESULTS DATA FOR: A WALL-MODELED LARGE EDDY SIMULATION FRAMEWORK FOR SHEARED CONVECTIVE ATMOSPHERIC BOUNDARY LAYERS

  • Ridwan, Tariq
  • de Villardi de Montlaur, Adeline
  • Pino, David
This data repository contains the OpenFOAM simulation data and results using the wall-modeled large-eddy simulations (WMLES) framework for high-Reynolds-number sheared convective atmospheric boundary layer (ABL). The proposed framework enables accurate and computationally efficient CBL inflow generation for wind farm simulations in modern HPC systems by employing ABL-tailored wall functions along with a non-uniform grid and a TVD scheme, laying the groundwork for future studies involving surface roughness, heterogeneity, terrain complexity, and advanced wall-model formulations. The dataset contains three main folders corresponding to the simulations on the non-uniform grid using the ABL-tailored wall function, the universal law of the wall, and Reichardt's law. Each folder contains the mandatory folders required to run the OpenFOAM simulations, i.e., "0", "constant", and "system" folders; and also results in "25000" and "postProcessing" folders. The velocity (U), potential temperature (T), the subgrid-scale (SGS) viscosity (nut), thermal diffusivity (alphat), alternative pressure (p_rgh), and turbulent kinetic energy (turbulenceProperties:k) at 25000s simulation-time are located in the "25000" folder. The time-averaged mean of velocity (UPrime2Mean) and turbulent kinetic energy (turbulenceProperties:kMean) are also included. Only for the results with the Reichardt law, an additional file "samplingCells" is included, which indicates the cell-center height from where the velocity data is sampled to calculate the wall shear stress. The temporal evolution of the dimensionless wall distance (z⁺) values throughout the simulation are included in the "postProcessing" folder. Lastly, the *.foam file allows the user to open the case using Paraview. Users interested in viewing the grid can run the blockMesh command. It will generate the grid folder "polyMesh" inside the "constant" folder.

REPLICATION DATA FOR: PHYSICAL UNCLONABLE FUNCTIONS BASED ON THE POST-BREAKDOWN CURRENT OF FDSOI NANOWIRE TRANSISTORS

  • Porti, Marc
  • Goyal, Rishab
  • Crespo-Yepes, Albert
  • Nafria, Montserrat
This dataset contains the Id-Vd, Ig-Vg and Id-Vg characteristics measured on FDSOI nanowire transistors after the Dielectric Breakdown (BD) of the gate stack. The measurements were performed under different conditions (temperature and electrical stress) in order to evaluate the suitability of the post-BD current as entropy source for PUFs applications. In total, 80 devices were measured, under each of the conditions. The dataset corresponds to the set of data obtained from the experimental measurements without any type of processing.

REPLICATION DATA FOR: SMART DESIGN OF POROUS NI AND NI–W FILMS WITH TUNABLE MECHANICAL AND MAGNETIC PERFORMANCE

  • Hubin, Annick

Experimental raw data for all figures presented in the paper “Smart design of porous Ni and Ni–W films with tunable mechanical and magnetic performance” are provided. The data were used to investigate the influence of tungsten content and porosity on the mechanical, magnetic, and structural properties of electrodeposited Ni and Ni–W films. Dense and porous samples were fabricated using colloidal crystal templates composed of 20 and 200 nm polystyrene spheres. The experimental dataset includes SEM and AFM micrographs (Figure 1), GIXRD diffraction patterns and Rietveld refinement parameters (Figure 2 and Table 1), nanoindentation load–depth curves and mechanical results (Figure 3 and Table 2), VSM hysteresis and FORC measurements (Figures 4–5), magnetization versus temperature curves (Figure 6), and thermal stability analyses obtained by FESEM after successive annealing steps (Figure 7). The complete dataset supports the discussion of how tungsten alloying and porosity affect mechanical hardness, elastic modulus, saturation magnetization, Curie temperature, and morphological stability of the Ni–W coatings.

GALICIAN LMF APERTIUM DICTIONARY

This is the LMF version of the Galician Apertium dictionary. Monolingual dictionaries for Spanish, Catalan, Galician and Euskera have been generated from the Apertium expanded lexicons of the es-ca (for both Spanish and Catalan) es-gl (for Galician) and eu-es (for Basque). Apertium is a free/open-source machine translation platform, initially aimed at related-language pairs but recently expanded to deal with more divergent language pairs (such as English-Catalan). The platform provides: a language-independent machine translation engine; tools to manage the linguistic data necessary to build a machine translation system for a given language pair and linguistic data for a growing number of language pairs.
