The data set contains two Shape files with its associated data: one corresponding to the 10 km2 area created around the current location of Las Higueruelas site, and the other corresponding to the common overlapping areas of the amphibians and reptiles present in the Late Pliocene site of Las Higueruelas (central Spain). The Coordinate Reference System is WGS84 (EPSG 4326). The climatic and palaeoclimatic parameters presented in the associated publication have been calculated from these files.

REPLICATION DATA FOR: A TRANSCRIPTOMIC ANALYSIS IN MICE FOLLOWING A SINGLE DOSE OF IBOGAINE IDENTIFIES NEW POTENTIAL THERAPEUTIC TARGETS

Data from transcriptomic analysis conducted on frontal cortex tissue of mice acutely exposed to ibogaine (60 mg/kg). Frontal cortex samples were obtained after four hours of oral administration. Samples were prepared for RNA sequencing. Fist of all, RNA was extracted using the Purelink RNA mini kit and quantified by a Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer. After that, the quality of the RNA was assessed using the Agilent TapeStation team and the Agilent RNA ScreeTape Assay. Sequencing libraries were created from 0.75 μg of RNA samples using the Illumina Stranded mRNA Prep and quantified by microfluidic electrophoresis using Agilent's TapeStation equipment and the Agilent DNA High Sensitivity ScreenTape kit. The length and concentration were determined in each sample. Finally, pools with a concentration of 750 pM were created. These pool sequencing libraries were done using NextSeq200 equipment from Illumina. The obtained data was mapped against a reference genome by the alignment program HISAT2 2.2.1, and annotation and quantification of the reads was done by the StringTie 2.1.4. Three database were generated: Counts_All.csv, Counts_Females.csv and Counts_Males.csv, the first being the main file with all the data obtained, while the other two present modifications. The control and IBO groups of men or women were eliminated according to the interest of the analysis. Gene database was screened for outliers which were then eliminated and analyzed using R 4.3.0 and its package DESeq 1.40.1.

The AmodalAppleSize_RGB-D dataset comprises a collection of RGB-D apple tree images that can be used to train and test computer vision-based fruit detection and sizing methods. This dataset encompasses two distinct sets of data obtained from a Fuji and an Elstar apple orchards. The Fuji apple orchard sub-set consists of 3925 RGB-D images containing a total of 15335 apples annotated with both modal and amodal apple segmentation masks. Modal masks denote the visible portions of the apples, whereas amodal masks encompass both visible and occluded apple regions. Notably, this dataset is the first public resource to incorporate fruit amodal masks. This pioneering inclusion addresses a critical gap in existing datasets, enabling the development of robust automatic fruit sizing methods and accurate fruit visibility estimation, particularly in the presence of partial occlusions. Besides the fruit segmentation masks, the dataset also includes the fruit size (calliper) ground truth for each annotated apple. The second sub-set comprises 2731 RGB-D images capturing five Elstar apple trees at four distinct growth stages. This sub-set includes mean diameter information for each tree at every growth stage and serves as a valuable resource for evaluating fruit sizing methods trained with the first sub-set. The present data was employed in the research paper titled "Looking behind occlusions: a study on amodal segmentation for robust on-tree apple fruit size estimation".

HARVESTING IN GREEN ROOFS: DATABASE APPLICATION

This dataset contains a web application (written in Flask, Python) that allows green roofs (an other locations) to collect harvesting data that is automatically added to an SQLite database. In its presented form, six green roofs of Barcelona are included, but this can be customised as wished. An empty database file is provided along with the SQLite schema to generate the tables. The Python code is also included in order to allow the application to be offered through a server. The application allows harvesting events to be registered, where data needs to be recorded in kg. The menu is offered in Catalan, but can be customised for other languages. The list of available products is dynamic and can be expanded and edited. The list of uses is also expandable and editable. Moreover, each harvest can be edited after its creation.

PERCEIVE WP2: EVALUATION OF EU CITIZENS’ PERCEPTION OF THE EU PROJECT: KEY VARIABLES FOR CITIZENS' IDENTIFICATION WITH EU - DATASETS - PART A

This dataset refers to PERCEIVE tasks 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5. These tasks analyze the data sets developed by PERCEIVE task 2.1 in order to identify, quantify and synthetize the most important variables to asses identification with EU by citizens. The results feed an update of the data set developed in task 2.1. Finally, these data is be used to model convergence of EU citizens' identification in the case study regions. Data consists of the quantitative statistical information used to produce all the results of WP2 and the indicators regarding the variables of interest obtained by means of different statistical techniques. Moreover, data on absorption of EU funds, provided by the EC and other research centres and collected in task 2.5, is be gathered in this data set, together with the results of convergence analysis. This data set is be used to evaluate the EU citizens’ perception of the EU project in relation to regional performance of the cohesion policy and institutional quality. WP2 uses primary data from the survey developed in WP1 (“PERCEIVE: WP1: Framework for comparative analysis of the perception of Cohesion Policy and identification with the European Union at citizen level in different European countries: Task1.3: Survey at citizen level” data set) and also comparative case studies on EU countries and regions, coming also from WP1 (”PERCEIVE: WP1: Framework for comparative analysis of the perception of Cohesion Policy and identification with the European Union at citizen level in different European countries: Task1.1: The framework for the comparative analysis” and ”PERCEIVE: WP1: Framework for comparative analysis of the perception of Cohesion Policy and identification with the European Union at citizen level in different European countries: Task1.2: Focus group with Cohesion Policy practitioners” data sets). The data set incorporates data from existing sources including Eurostat and information resulting from the Survey conducted at WP1 of the PERCEIVE’s project. As regards secondary data, no additional treatment is needed. Info about the sources of such data, including references to technical details, is provided in the dataset's codebook. Datasets are available in CSV format, being the field delimiter « , » (comma). For further clarification, please look at the README files of every data subset.
