The dataset contains the following files: (1) readme.txt, it is a text file including details about the content of the dataset; (2) Measurement in ARSD_SMS_Data.xls, it is a MS Excel file containing the data used in the analysis of the primary studies, reported in Section 4 of the paper; and, (3) Metrics in ARSD.pdf, it is pdf file containing the complete list of metrics reported in the different primary studies. The metrics are classified into the following categories: QR metrics, QMIs, and QMI metrics. In the MS Excel file, the data is organised in separated sheets: (a) RQ1 - Literature characterisation; (b) RQ2 - QR Metrics, where QR refers to Quality Requirements; (c) RQ3 - QMI, where QMI refers to Quality Management Indicators; (d) RQ3 - Tools, corresponding to the reported tools used to manage QMIs; and, (e) RQ3 - QMI Metrics., This dataset has been used to generate part of the results included in the manuscript: “Quality Measurement in Agile and Rapid Software Development: A Systematic Mapping”, submitted to the Information and Software Technology journal (IST) at the time of publishing this dataset. The paper reports the results of a systematic mapping study surveying the literature related to quality requirements management through metrics in agile and rapid software development processes.
The dataset contains the data extracted from the primary studies that was used in the analysis phase of the study and reported in the results section of the paper. The data extracted from the primary studies has been complemented with some data used for specific purposes, e.g. during the analysis phase, we included the list of companies collaborating in the paper analysing the authors’ affiliations to understand the level of implication of companies in the field.
Complementing the data analysed, the dataset includes some detailed results that are not included in the body of the paper, i.e., the list of metrics reported in the selected primary studies., 1

HIGH PRESSURE GRINDING ROLLS MODELLING AND PARAMETERS DEPENDENCY
- Anticoi Sudzuki, Hernán Francisco
The data base is related to the High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) modelling. This data was generated in a HPGR manufacturer pilot plant in Freiberg, Germany, and represents the particle size distribution measurement of the feed and the product of the milling reactor, and the calculation of some material features, as the moisture or the density. This data is necessary for the correct modelization of the comminution in a HPGR, and it can be used for different mathematical models., A model for High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGR) was developed in this work based on the widely used Population Balance Model (PBM). This approach uses a variety of different functions one of which is the breakage distribution function. The methodology to determine the function parameters is presented and using these values, the model was compared with real processed materials from an HPGR pilot plant, with tungsten ore as the test material. The results of the model parameter determination, and the product of the comminution in the HPGR, showed the dependency of material breakage on the material characteristics, and on the operative and process conditions. The model presented is reasonably robust, showing less error than the 3.0 Root Mean Square Error when compared with a heterogeneous feed particle size distribution material. The operational gap was also studied, and its dependency on the feed particle size, porosity, moisture, and specific pressing force was proven., 1

These data are associated to the paper with the same title of the authors, and are structured according to the figures in the paper: http://hdl.handle.net/2117/335727, The use of Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) in oncology is being recently studied as a novel potential anti-cancer therapy. However, the beneficial effects of CAP for treating osteosarcoma have mostly been demonstrated in 2-dimensional cultures of cells, which do not mimic the complexity of the 3-dimensional (3D) bone microenvironment. In order to evaluate the effects of CAP in a relevant context of the human disease, we developed a 3D tissue-engineered model of osteosarcoma using a bone-like scaffold made of collagen type I and hydroxyapatite nanoparticles. Human osteosarcoma cells cultured within the scaffold showed a high capacity to infiltrate and proliferate and to exhibit osteomimicry in vitro. As expected, we observed significantly different functional behaviors between monolayer and 3D cultures when treated with Cold Plasma-Activated Ringer’s Solution (PAR). Our data reveal that the 3D environment not only protects cells from PAR-induced lethality by scavenging and diminishing the amount of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species generated by CAP, but also favours the stemness phenotype of osteosarcoma cells. This is the first study that demonstrates the negative effect of PAR on cancer stem-like cell subpopulations in a 3D biomimetic model of cancer. These findings will allow to suitably re-focus research on plasma-based therapies in future, 1

COOPERATIVE LEARNING FOR END-TO-END DELAY MODELING IN MULTI-DOMAIN NETWORKS [DATASET]
- Ruiz Ramírez, Marc
- Velasco Esteban, Luis Domingo
This dataset has been used to generate part of the results included in the manuscript: "Cooperative Learning for End-to-End Delay Modeling in Multi-Domain Networks", submitted to IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management (TNSM) at the time of publication of this dataset.
The dataset contains synthetic end-to-end (e2e) delay and traffic measurements for multidomain paths established in a network consisting in three domains. Paths traverse either two or three domains. Besides e2e monitoring data, routing information of the paths and the models used to compute the delay introduced for each domain (i.e. intra-domain delay components of total e2e delay) are provided.
Traffic and delay data were synthetically generated according to the CURSA-SQ methodology. For further details about it, please refer to the following reports: "The Logistic Queue Model", Tech. Rep. UPC-DAC-RR-GEN-2020-1 (Available online: https://people.ac.upc.edu/lvelasco/docs/research/UPC-DAC-RR-GEN-2020-1.pdf) and "Validation of the CURSA-SQ Methodology", Tech. Rep. These data are associated to the paper with the same title and are structured according to the figures in the paper. These data correspond to the research results of the WP2 of the European Project 4D-POLYSENSE., The present dataset collects and reports the scientific results corresponding to a scientific study of a commercial and fully flexible versatile bilayer system, composed by a polypropylene (PP) mesh and a covalently bonded poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) hydrogel. In this study the mechanism responsible for cell-adhesion and de-adhesion, when the PNIPAAm-co-MBA monolayer film (adherent on one hand to the PP substrate and anti-adherent on the other hand to cell proliferation) is being employed, has been elucidated. The grafting of the hydrogel was studied and the the graft yield as well as the spectroscopic characterization (FTIR and XPS) of samples treated at different concentration of the crosslinker and different grafting time are ported in the present dataset. The scientific results of cell adhesion and biocompatibility assay are also included, being the in vitro results with fibroblast (COS-1) and epithelial (MCF-7) cells obtained with a mesh modified with a porous iPP-g-PNIPAAm bilayer system, prepared via PNIPAAm grafting for 2 h at the lowest N,NI-methylene bis(acrylamide) (MBA) concentration (1 mM)., 1
