Point cloud files en format LAZ obtained using a terrestrial laser scanner in the Roman circus of Tarraco (Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain). Specifically, information is presented on the Antiga Audiència, the Roman Circus, Plaça La Font, Plaça Sedassos and the Praetorium. The Tarraco circus was exceptionally built within the late republican city walls. That is why his remains are in the current historic center of Tarragona. The documentation carried out reflects their architectural remains as well as the current urban space.

Fitxers de núvols de punts en format LAZ obtinguts mitjançant escàner làser terrestre al Circ romà de Tàrraco (Tarragona, Catalunya, Espanya). Concretament, es presenta la informació de l’Antiga Audiència, la capçalera del Circ romà, Plaça La Font, Plaça Sedassos i el Pretori. El circ de Tàrraco fou construït excepcionalment dins les muralles de la ciutat tardorepublicana. És per això que les seves restes es troben a l'actual centre històric de Tarragona. La documentació realitzada reflecteix les seves restes arquitectòniques així com l'espai urbà actual.

This dataset contains the experimental data associated to the publication "Identification of a missense variant in the porcine AGPAT gene family associated with intramuscular fat content through whole-genome sequencing" by Molinero et al. (2022; doi: https://doi.org/10.1111/age.13258). It includes a TXT file with the genotypes obtained using real-time PCR with High-Resolution Melt and the phenotypic data necessary for the validation of the effect of single nucleotide polymorphism rs196952262 on intramuscular fat in 1,034 pigs.

Data from a retrospective cohort that included individuals aged 50–69 years who participated in colorectal cancer (CRC) screening in Barcelona from 2010 to 2015, and were followed until 2017 to identify interval CRCs. The positivity rate, and detection rates for advanced polyps and CRC were compared according to ambient temperature, humidity, and quarters of the year. A positive FIT was defined as the detection of ≥20 μg Hb/g in feces. The monthly ambient temperature and humidity were recorded on the day that the FIT was performed. In total, 92.273 FIT results from 53.860 participants were analyzed.

Colonomics (https://colonomics.org) is a multi-omics dataset that includes 250 samples: 100 paired samples from colon cancer patients (tumor/adjacent) and 50 samples from healthy colon mucosa donors. From these samples, data provided includes genotyping, DNA methylation, gene expression, and micro-RNAs (miRNAs) expression. It also includes data from copy number variation (CNV) from tumoral samples. Whole exome sequencing is available for a subset of 42 tumors. Data can be visualized in our browsers (https://colonomics.org/data-browser).

The first column of the dataset contains the viral dilutions for each variant, and the second one, the log10 transfomation of the dilution. Finally, columns 3 to 7 indicate the percentage of the cytopathic effect.

This data set will include data from the testing of the PLUS project “Charter of Digital Worker Rights” presented in the deliverable“D5.1 Charter of Digital Worker Rights”. The Charter was tested by the involved cooperatives (Katuma, Smart and FairBnb). The testing was organized by a survey, co-creation and unstructured sessions. The dataset includes the aggregated data from questionnaires answered by stakeholders participating in the testing sessions with Katuma, Smart and FairbnB. The dataset is presented in two files: 1) 01_Surveys_script.txt which includes the questionnaire and, 2) 02_Surveys_Results.ods which contains the results of the surveys. This dataset has been the base for the testing of “Charter on Digital Worker Rights” performed in the frame of PLUS project (supported by European Union Horizon 2020 Programme under the grant agreement number 822638) through a survey, unstructured and co-creation sessions with the three project pilots: Katuma, Smart and Fairbnb.

This dataset compiles the code for the research article "Robust transcriptional indicators of plant immune cell death revealed by spatio-temporal transcriptome analyses", currently pubished as a preprint in BioRxiv (DOI:10.1101/2021.10.06.463031). Both the raw and processed transcriptomic data experimentally generated and analysed here in order to identify transcriptional indicators of plant immune cell death are available at GEO (currently under embargo). In addition, supplementary data published with the article, some of which was generated using this code, is available (currently under embargo until manuscript publication) in a linked dataset (https://doi.org/10.34810/data136).

Databases containing raw analytical data obtained in the SEROCOV-1 and SEROCOVAC studies and personal covariates used in the publication Moncunill G, Aguilar R, et al EBioMedicine. 2022 Jan 11;75:103805. doi: 10.1016/j.ebiom.2021.103805. Data correspond to antibody levels to SARS-CoV-2 and four seasonal coronaviruses, and the neutralization capacity of samples from 578 participants recruited from 28 March- 9 April 2020, and the follow-up visits after one, three, six, nine and twelve months. In months 9 and 12, data on vaccination status was collected and some participants had already received the 1st (N=64) or the 2nd doses (N=4). Month 12 follow-up mostly included participants who had a blood sample taken two weeks post 2nd dose. The analytical data is completed with participants' information on occupation, comorbidities, previous COVID19 diagnoses and other sociodemographic characteristics. The code was developed using R version 4.0.3.
