[Description of methods used for collection/generation of data] Data acquired with a high-kinetic-energy Scienta EW 4000 hemispherical analyser installed on the HAXPES endstation of the GALAXIES beamline of the French national synchrotron facility SOLEIL (France) [Methods for processing the data] CasaXPS software., Original raw data (uncorrected energies) of HAXPES spectra obtained at the HAXPES endstation of the GALAXIES beamline at SOLEIL synchrotron facility (France). Each spectrum is displayed in a two-column format, kinetic energy (X) vs. HAXPES intensity (Y).
