This analysis was performed with the aim of demonstrating the interest of using the BIM model of a built space for the purpose of enabling the personalization of reservations in occupancy management systems and to bring virtual knowledge of the building to new users, thus introducing improvements in existing systems., This work was funded by the Vice-rectorate of the Smart-Campus of the University of Malaga within the first Smart-Campus Initiative.
