Replication Data for "Assessment of Azorean native strains of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora for the biological control of Popillia japonica"

The dataset includes the data analysed in the manuscript "Assessment of Azorean native strains of Heterorhabditis bacteriophora for the biological control of Popillia japonica", consisting in two assays. The first one explores the susceptibility of larvae to 5 EPNs under laboratory conditions and it was evaluated by time of death (measured as days). The second was a semi-field experiment in which mortality was observed 15 days after treatment, data provided includes the number of alive, dead by EPNs or dead by other causes, and the proportion by the total of recovered larvae.

This dataset includes confocal microscopy images, flow cytometry data, dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements, and cryo-transmission electron microscopy (Cryo-TEM) data related to the study of cell-derived vesicles (CSMs) from eukaryotic and prokaryotic origins. The dataset also contains experimental results on the thermal stability, size distribution, and interaction of CSMs with homologous cells. The dataset aims to contribute to the understanding of vesicle-based drug delivery systems and their potential biomedical applications.

This dataset includes the data analysed in the manuscript "Compatibility of entomopathogenic nematodes and essential oils: a new step for integrated pest management of the truffle beetle". It includes three excel-files with the following information: 1) the direct and fumigant lethal effects of essential oils to nematodes, 2) the sublethal effect (infectivity) of essential oils to nematodes, 3) the chemotaxis response of nematodes towards essential oils. The objective was to examine the interactions of EPNs with essential oils, to ensure their compatibility for future integrated pest management strategies.

This dataset contains the AlphaFold3 (AF3) models of Rhodopsin (Rho) mutants T108P and G121R with highest AF3 score, topology and coordinates files of wild-type (WT) and T108P Rho to run their Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations along with the necessary input files and the specific parameters for the Lysine-Retinal (LYR) residue, the MD representative structure of WT and T108P Rho and the computed channels that connect the LYR imine group with the bulk solvent for WT and T108P Rho.
