This dataset was created in order to document self-reported life evaluations among small-scale societies that exist on the fringes of mainstream industrialized socieities. The data were produced as part of the LICCI project, through fieldwork carried out by LICCI partners. The data include individual responses to a life satisfaction question, and household asset values. Data from Gallup World Poll and the World Values Survey are also included, as used for comparison. Altres ajuts: NARSAD Young Investigator Grant number #22434; Fundación Koplowitz; Women's Institute of Spain Project number 235/09; NIH P50 Project number MH115874; NIH Project number F32MH125634; NIH Project number K08 DK118201; VA Merit and Department of Defense, This dataset includes the source data related to the submission of the article "PACAP-PAC1R modulates fear extinction via the ventromedial hypothalamus" to Nature Communications. It includes data about mRNA and protein regulation of PACAP-PAC1R system after a stress paradigm coupled with a fear conditioning and fear extinction task. The effects of stress circuitry chemogenetic manipulation over PACAP-PAC1R regulation are also shown. Data from two cohorts of human participants are included, in the first cohort, the effects of the menstrual cycle over post-traumatic symptoms were investigated. In the second cohort, the effects of PACAP1R genotype in the SNP rs2267735 were investigated in a fear extinction task.
