Metabolomics_Plasma_HPLC_MS_positive_mode Contains the plasma metabolomic raw data (intensities) measured by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS in positive mode for each subjects according to the mass and retention time (mass@retention time). 3. Metabolomics_Plasma_HPLC_MS_negative_mode Contains the plasma metabolomic raw data (intensities) measured by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS in negative mode for each subjects according to the mass and retention time (mass@retention time). 4.
