Nir-Spektroskopie zur qualitativen und quantitativen prozessverfolgung bei alkoholischen gärungen

Consulta en la Biblioteca ETSI Industriales (7802), [EN] As a research tool NIR spectroscopy can be used to evaluate raw materials, yeasts, enzymes, nutritional supplements, and production parameters to optimize conditions for a production plant. As a quality assurance tool it can assist production by monitoring and maintaining control of processes. What makes NIR technology so attractive to the ethanol industry as a quality assurance and research tool is that it can measure organic substances very quickly (5-10 seconds) and consistently without the destruction of a sample. In this work, normal alcoholic fermentations and alcoholic fermentations with a lactic acid infection are carried out and measured with the NIR spectrometer. Spectra data are processed by the use of sophisticated multivariate analysis. PCA plots are made for watching the evolution of the fermentations. It was found that the 98% of the information is in the first principal component and the other one 1% is in the second principal component. It was found too that the lactid acid infection makes an impact on the PC1 data. To build a quantitative calibration model using NIR data, one must have a reference analysis method (HPLC, High Performance Liquid Chromatography) to determine the concentrations of the components of interest in the sample, i.e. ethanol, glucose and lactic acid. With these concentrations and the measurements of the NIR spectrometer one can then develop and validate the quantitative calibration models. These calibration models are used for predicting the concentrations of ethanol, glucose and lactic acid along the fermentation time. At the end of the validation the NIR predicted values are compared with those from the reference method and expressed in a plot of NIR predicted vs. reference values. In this plot there are two important indicators for how good the model is. One is the R2 (squared Pearson Correlation Coefficient) and the other one is the SEP (Standard Error of Prediction). It was found that the errors of prediction for the concentration range of the component are fairly high. The NIR technology is a new chance for measuring in alcoholic fermentations. Therefore, this work should be continued in order to improve the results.

[EN] The methods for comparing terminologies, technical texts and languages for special purposes are of interest from a theoretical, practical and pedagogical point of view. Particularly in the field of jurisprudence, considerable structural differences exist, both on the terminological level as well as on the text level. For the comparison of terminologies, the onomasiological method has proven to be particularly suitable. For comparing texts, various analytic methods have been developed, which can be combined very flexibly. With this as a basis, the description and the comparison of languages for special purposes form the link between the terminologies, the technical texts and technical communication., [ES] El método de comparar terminologías, lenguajes y tex tos especializados resulta de interés teórico, práctico y didáctico. Particularmente en el ámbito del Derecho es evidente la existencia de grandes diferencias estructurales, tanto a nivel terminológico como a nivel de tex to. P ara la comparación de terminologías, el método onomasiológico ha resultado ser muy eficaz. P ara la comparación de textos se han des arrollad o diferentes métodos de análisis que pueden combinarse de forma flexible. Sobre estas bases se apoyan la descripción y comparación de lenguajes especializados, estableciendo asimismo las relaciones entre las terminologías, los tex tos especializados y la comunicación profesional.

Marken- und Produktnamen der Glamour-Industrie im sozio-ökonomischen Diskurs

Die Glamour-Industrie (Luxusmarken der Kosmetik- und Parfümindustrie) ist wie kaum ein anderer Wirtschaftszweig ganz der Globalisierung unterworfen. Wenige riesige unternehmerische Konzerne, wie L’Oréal, LVMH oder Estée Lauder, vereinen in sich die weltstärksten Marken dieser Industrie. Gestützt durch graduell vereinheitlichende Konsummodelle und globalisiert ausgerichtete Lifestyle-Einstellungen sind die zahlreichen Luxusmarken in eine standardisierte Marketingkommunikation eingebettet. Propagiert wird ein Schönheitskanon für Frauen, aber in jüngster Zeit auch für Männer, der länderübergreifend seine Akzeptanz findet. Aufgebaut wird eine symbolische Markenwelt, in der der Marke eine Persönlichkeit und eine Identität verliehen werden. Das Branding stützt sich auf Sex-appeal und Erotik in der Parfümwerbung und das heilvolle Versprechen der ewigen Jugend durch innovative Hightech Produkte in der Kosmetikwerbung. Als Vorbildmodelle fungieren die Celebrities der Kinowelt, deren Aura auf diese Weise auf die Marke und auf das Produkt abfärben soll (siehe die jüngste Werbekampagne von Eva Mendes für Calvin Klein oder Sharon Stone für Dior, etc.). Untersucht werden die vielfältigen Strategien in der Namensgebung für die Marken- und Produktnamen des Wirtschaftssektors der Schönheit., The glamour industry (luxury brands for cosmetics and fragrances), as almost no other economic sector, is an integral part of the globalization. Only a few huge enterprises, as L’Oréal, LVMH or Estée Lauder, hold the most competitive global brands of the beauty industry. Supported by gradually standardized consuming patterns and globally oriented lifestyles, many luxury brands are embedded into a standardized marketing communication. A beauty cannon for women, and also for men, is disseminated achieving worldwide acceptance. A symbolic brand world is built up, in which the brand is awarded a personality and an identity. The branding discourse is based on sex-appeal and eroticism in the advertising for fragrances and the promise of eternal youth in the advertising for cosmetic articles. Cinema celebrities, whose aura and glamour should be transferred to the brand and the product (e.g. the campaign of Calvin Klein with Eva Mendes or Dior with Sharon Stone) serve the purpose as testimonials. The linguistic analysis is based on the multiple strategies in naming brands and products in the economic sector of beauty.

Plädoyer für ein zweisprachiges dramatisierungsexperiment Thomas Bernhards "Die Jagdgesellschaft" - basiert auf einer rhythmus orientierten analyse

En “La partida de caza” de Thomas Bernhard la forma musical se convierte en un fin en sí mismo. Esto se debe por un lado a la acción mínima que rechaza la tensión, basada principalmente en diálogos o más bien monólogos igual que en la espera de la muerte del General. Por el otro lado la pieza está construida de forma muy rítmica y polifónica, lo que intensifica la incomunicación y al mismo tiempo la hace ociosa. La estructura polifónica, los numerosos cambios rítmicos en la métrica y también el principio de la incomunicación son premisas del bilingüismo o del plurilingüismo en la dramaturgia., The musical form of Thomas Bernhard’s “Die Jagdgesellschaft” is an end in itself. The reasons for this are, on the one hand, a minimal action without any tension which is mainly based on dialogues, or even monologues, as well as on the expectation of the General’s death. On the other hand the drama is arranged in a very rhythmic and polyphonic way which supports the given inherent non-communication and which makes it at the same time pleasant. The polyphonic structure, the numerous rhythmic changes in the metric, as well as the principle of the non-communication are premises for a bilingual or multilingual dramatization., peerReviewed
