[EN]This dataset was developed to support the development, training and evaluation of artificial intelligence and machine learning models for wildfire risk prediction in the Iberian Peninsula.
The dataset integrates satellite observations from Sentinel-2 with meteorological information from ERA5 and fire-weather indicators derived from the Fire Weather Index (FWI) system. Data were collected for the period from 16 July 2024 to 31 August 2024, with observations obtained approximately at midday following the temporal criteria established by the Spanish State Meteorological Agency (AEMET).
Sentinel-2 data include ten spectral bands (B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B8A, B11 and B12).
ERA5 meteorological information includes 2-metre temperature, 2-metre dewpoint temperature, the U and V components of 10-metre wind, and total precipitation. These variables were used to calculate the components of the Fire Weather Index using the FWIfunctions library (version 0.1.10), including Fine Fuel Moisture Code (FFMC), Duff Moisture Code (DMC), Drought Code (DC), Initial Spread Index (ISI), Buildup Index (BUI), and the resulting Fire Weather Index (FWI).
The continuous FWI values were subsequently classified into five wildfire-risk categories: low, medium, high, very high and extreme. The class thresholds were established using the 40th, 65th, 85th and 95th percentiles of the FWI distribution, respectively.
A common spatial grid with a resolution of 0.1° × 0.1° was used to harmonize Sentinel-2 and ERA5 information. The study area was defined using the bounding box [44, -10, 36, 4]. Each record represents a spatiotemporal observation linking satellite-derived information with meteorological and FWI-derived wildfire-risk information for a given location and date., This work was supported by the International Chair Project on Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence and the Demographic Challenge within the framework of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy (ENIA). Reference: TSI-100933-2023-0001. Funded by the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence and by the European Union (NextGenerationEU).

BEYOND RARE GASES: COOLING OF TRAPPED BN− IONS BY H2 MOLECULES [DATASET]

[EN]Quantum dynamics of collisional cooling of the BN− anion in a cold trap is carried out by using the ortho- and para-H2
molecules as a buffer gas. The calculations are performed using the full four-dimensional interaction potential energy
surface in which both BN− and H2 are treated as vibrationless rigid rotors, computed from ab initio methods and further
accurately fitted using an artificial neural network approach. Relevant state-to-state rotationally inelastic cross sections
are computed from quantum methods and the ensuing inelastic rate coefficients for the temperatures of interest are
obtained. The latter are employed within a modeling of the cooling process at a variety of trap conditions. The results
are discussed in the context of earlier data obtained using the rare gases He and Ar as buffer gases in the same trap. The
effects of having either para- or ortho-H2 as collision partner are analysed., The Material includes:
(1) all the original cross section data obtained for rotationally inelastic collisions of BN− with ortho- and para-H2 as projectile,
(2) the corresponding state-to-state rate coefficients obtained from the cross sections,
(3) the relative rotational state populations from the time evolution analysis obtained using the rate coefficients, and
(4) the original routine that produces the NN fit of the initial raw data describing the 4D interaction.

BILINGUAL ACQUISITION DATA: NATURAL INTERPRETING_NI DATASET
- Álvarez de la Fuente, María Esther
- Fernández Fuertes, Raquel
This investigation is focused on determining how bilingual children translate from one of their first languages to the other when they need to communicate. We examine the oral production of bilingual children with different language pairs as available in the CHILDES (Child Language Data Exchange System) (https://childes.talkbank.org/) project (MacWhinney 2000) (i.e., the FerFuLice, Ticio, Deuchar, Vila, GNP and Pérez-Bazán corpora) as well as in other compilation forms (i.e., Ronjat 1913; Leopold 1939–1949; Swain 1972; Lanza 1988, 1997, 2001; Cossato 2008), covering two types of data: spontaneous, where the children interact with adults in a natural context (e.g., at home); and experimental, where the children act as interpreters between two monolingual researchers.
The analysis of how these bilingual children interpret between their two first languages provides valuable information about the linguistic resources and translation strategies that these children use to communicate in a bilingual context through their interpreting performance., UVALAL, 1. BILINGUAL ACQUISITION DATA: LONGITUDINAL CORPUS_FERFULICE DATASET
- Fernández Fuertes, Raquel
- Liceras, Juana M.
This corpus contains spontaneous productions from a longitudinal study of two English/Spanish bilingual identical twins with the pseudonyms of Simon and Leo. They were born 28-DEC-1998 into a middle-class family in Spain. The father is a native speaker of Peninsular Spanish, and the mother is a native speaker of American English. The father always speaks to the children in Spanish and the mother always addresses them in English. The parents generally communicate in Spanish with each other, except on summers when they travel to the United States for approximately two months or when a monolingual English speaker is present. Therefore, we are dealing with bilingual English/Spanish first language acquisition in a monolingual-Spanish social context, a type of bilingualism that is referred to in the literature as individual bilingualism (Bhatia and Ritchie, 2004)., UVALAL (University of Valladolid Language Acquisition Lab), 1.

This dataset contains experimental data associated to a series of dynamic tests performed on a set of twelve 5-meter-long timber beams with an additional mass placed on one end. Several scenarios have been considered, with added masses ranging from 0 to 1200 kg, whose aim is to reproduce the effect of a wall supported by the beams which affects them similarly to a boundary condition (something between the simple support and the ideal clamping). The dynamic tests have been performed by means of an impact hammer, which helps to measure the applied force, and several accelerometers intended to measure the response of six points of the beam. The force and acceleration recordings are stored in several files, which are contained in this dataset. The purpose of this article is the elaboration and analysis of a 3D model and detailed ground plans of the structure of the Villa Savoye, something does not tackle monographically yet. The article is based on in situ surveys and original documents from the Le Corbusier Foundation, such as building contractor plans, contradictory prices, construction photos and amateur filming. This set of sources makes this work a privileged case to learn how the reinforced concrete was used at the same time of its generalization. The structural ambiguity of Le Corbusier is verified, who places «the expression of the plastic forms» above the logical calculation or the simple manifestation of the supporting skeleton. He manipulates the Perret's classist architrave system. When the lowered beams and pillars are moved back, the scheme is not seen as a «cage», but as a table supported by «trestles», or as shelves «poked» on thin legs., Este artículo propone la elaboración y análisis de un modelo 3D y unas plantas detalladas de la estructura de la Villa Savoye, algo hasta ahora no abordado monográficamente.
