NORMALISED ABSORBANCE RATIOS OF IGG FOR MYXOMA AND RABBIT HEMORRHAGIC DISEASE VIRUSES: LONGITUDINAL DATASET WILD EUROPEAN RABBITS

This study addresses the long-term dynamics of humoral immunity to two viral pathogens of the European rabbit, an endangered keystone species of major ecological relevance. Such studies are particularly challenging in free-ranging species, and a combination of longitudinal capture-mark-recapture and semi-quantitative serology was used to address this question. Over 600 normalised absorbance ratios of indirect ELISA, obtained from 505 individual rabbits in 7 populations over five years were analysed using linear mixed models. The results support a lifelong acquired humoral immunity to myxoma virus and rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus upon natural infection and suggest the presence of maternal immunity to the latter in wild juvenile rabbits. Los datos SPSS han sido exportados a Excel., This dataset corresponds to those obtained in a study on the influence of reverse micelles of yolk egg phosphatidylcholine on the antioxidant efficacy of α-Tocopherol and its polar counterpart Trolox in sunflower oil. In this work, we examined the experimental conditions applied in most studies in this field and compared them to a model that was closer to an edible oil. Specifically, we studied the low antioxidant concentrations typically used in these studies, along with the lipid substrate, which is typically a stripped vegetable oil diluted in medium-chain triacylglycerol (MCT) oil. The results obtained were contrasted to a model consisting of a stripped vegetable oil (sunflower oil) with no lipid dilution and antioxidant concentrations normally found in the neat or non-stripped oil. CALCULATIONS OF THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF TISE2 FROM FIRST-PRINCIPLES

-Data were generetaed from February to September 2023._ -vcab_single,xml and kTsweek.xml are the input files for VCAbuilder and kTsweep, executables of the almaBTE package. The folder 'TiSe2' contains the force constants computed with DFT and other files necessary to run the calculations. File of the type of TiSe2_25_25_1_200_200.Tsweep are the output of kTsweep._ -Data were generetaed as detailed in the related article._ -Files can be opened and read with a simple text editor. The almaBTE code (freely available at https://almabte.bitbucket.io/) is needed to carry out the thermal conductivity calcualtions._, In this project we computed the thermal conductivity of two phases of monolayer TiSe2. The 2x2 is the ground state that is stable at low temperature and that feature a charge density wave (CDW). The 1x1 is the undistorted phase that is stabilized by photoexcitation (which we effectively simulate with a larger broadening of the Fermi-Dirac distribution, i.e. 0.197895 vs 0.01). Each folder contains the files necessary to carry out a thermal conductivity calculations with almaBTE (freely available at https://almabte.bitbucket.io/). SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIAL - HYDROPERIOD OF TEMPORARY PONDS THREATS AMPHIBIAN RECRUITMENT IN MEDITERRANEAN ENVIRONMENTS

Climate change threatens amphibians because they depend on water availability. The amount of time that a pond is filled with water – the hydroperiod – may play an important role in larval development and recruitment. Nevertheless it is usually not taken into account when predicting future species trends. We evaluated the role of the hydroperiod in the abundance of five amphibian species in temporal ponds of a Moroccan forest during a seven-year period. Particularly, we characterized the ponds and compared the climatic variables affecting our system with the previous eight-year period. We tested the relationship between rainfall and hydroperiod, and we identified the best predictor of amphibian abundance. Our data showed that the last seven years were drier than the previous eight, being three of them so dry that none of the amphibian species bred successfully in those seasons. We demonstrated that hydroperiod was the best predictor of the abundance of amphibian species and affected the amphibian community composition. The rainfall was correlated with the hydroperiod and the number of ponds filled. Species with long larval periods such as the endangered Moroccan spadefoot toad and the sharp ribbed newt might be more vulnerable to climate change since they need longer hydroperiods to develop. However, widespread species with shorter hydroperiods such as the Mauretanian toad or the stripeless tree frog might be favoured. In order to predict accurately amphibian species trend under climate change scenarios and to develop adequate conservation strategies, hydroperiod should be considered in both the models and mitigation actions., Peer reviewed
