RESIDENT PARASITOID COMPLEX OF TUTA ABSOLUTA (LEPIDOPERA: GELECHIIDAE) IN NORTH‐EASTERN SPAIN

  • Denis, Carmen
  • Riudavets, Jordi
  • Gonzalez-Valero, Helena
  • Cubí, Martina
  • Matas, Montserrat
  • Rodríguez, David
  • Arnó, Judit
The dataset contains 4 data files. First and second files compiles information about natural parasitism of Tuta absoluta larvae collected during 2017–2020 in commercial tomato plots in Catalonia (Northeast of Spain). In the laboratory Tuta absoluta larvae were classified as “ectoparasitized” (with pupae, larvae or eggs of a parasitoid on them), “alive” (not ectoparasitized and still able to crawl when touched with a fine brush), or “dead” (not ectoparasitized and unable to crawl when touched with a fine brush). Third and fourth files provide the identification of adult larval parasitoids reared from the samples. This datasets helps to assess the contribution of different parasitoid species to the natural biological control of Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoopera:Gelechiidae).

EXPLAINING THE UNIVERSALITY OF ADJECTIVE ORDERING PREFERENCES AS THE OUTCOME OF THREE COGNITIVE BIASES MODULATED BY STATISTICAL LEARNING

  • Leivada, Evelina
The dataset presents acceptability judgments as elicited by an online task, which was administered to 139 bilingual speakers of Greek and a Germanic language. The participants were presented with a task that features different orders of adjectives and a noun in the object position (e.g., 'I bought a square black table' vs. 'I bought a black square table'). Every response comes with its corresponding reaction time in ms.

We profiled gene expression of non-neoplastic colon from biopsies of 445 healthy individuals, as described in Díez-Obrero, Virginia et al. “Genetic Effects on Transcriptome Profiles in Colon Epithelium Provide Functional Insights for Genetic Risk Loci.” Cellular and molecular gastroenterology and hepatology vol. 12,1 (2021): 181-197. doi:10.1016/j.jcmgh.2021.02.003. Here we provide eQTL summary statistics for the entire sample size of BarcUVa-Seq data (n=445) as well as its strata by colon anatomic location, i.e. eQTLs from ascending (n=138), transverse (n= 143) and descending (n=164) colon.

AMPHORIC EPIGRAPHY: DATA AND GRAPHS FOR THE ELABORATION OF FOOD SUPPLY NETWORKS IN ROMAN EMPIRE

  • Pérez González, Jordi
  • Lario Devesa, Arnau
  • Remesal Rodríguez, José
This dataset presents the data used for the construction of networks that represent patterns of distribution and production of ampphoric containers and the socio-economic reality of food consumption in Roman times. The data available in this dataset are the result of more than thirty years of epigraphic emptying in the CEIPAC database (http://ceipac.ub.edu), although the data cleaning processes of the data used here belong to the years 2015-2018. The data in general are inscriptions made on Roman amphoras found in the Roman Empire. These data can be freely used by the more than 4K specialists in amphoric epigraphy. The dataset also includes Files in .gdf / .gephi (which can be read by GEPHI) showing the representations of a network where meeting places of objects are associated with their places of origin of the data in the CEIPAC database The dataset includes a folder where the programme used for making the representations is avaailable. The programme is written in python and can be used to represents a network for a given time interval. For its use, the programme requires to have the data files in certain conditions as explained in the manual (in Spanish) and the readme file available in the corresponding folder.

PFUJI-SIZE DATASET: PHOTOGRAMMETRY-DERIVED 3D POINT CLOUDS OF FUJI APPLES TREES WITH ANNOTATIONS TO EVALUATE FRUIT DETECTION AND SIZE ESTIMATION METHODOLOGIES

  • Gené Mola, Jordi
  • Sanz Cortiella, Ricardo
  • Rosell Polo, Joan Ramon
  • Escolà i Agustí, Alexandre
  • Gregorio López, Eduard
The PFuji-Size dataset [2] includes the 3D point clouds of 6 Fuji apple trees containing a total of 615 apples and an additional 25 apples scanned in laboratory conditions. Structure-from-motion and multi-view stereo techniques were used to generate the 3D point clouds of the captured scene. Apple locations and ground truth diameter annotations are provided for assessing fruit detection and size estimation algorithms.
