The dataset contains measurements of growth rate, number of bud scars, and number of growth rings of 18 ramets belonging to three genets (i.e. 15, 44, 147) of the dwarf shrub Salix herbacea L., growing on top of Mount Prado (Italy).

We collected drone images using multispectral and RGB sensors for 56 adult populations of P. halepensis categorized into five ecotypes growing in two common gardens located in Spain under contrasting conditions (Zuera: dry-continental versus Altura: wet-coastal). In Zuera trial, we additionally monitored the temporal variation of RGB-derived indexes using two flights spaced over a one-month period (dataset VIs). We also performed four consecutive ground measurements of needle pigments and fuel moisture content (dataset insitu) and obtained litter flammability traits (dataset Litter_flammability) for a subset of populations.

The data collection was carried out in two stages. In the first one, the scientific literature was carefully examined to find candidates and their reported properties. In the second one, commercial PCMs available on the market were identified. The considered properties were melting temperature (ºC), melting enthalpy (J/g), specific heat in solid and liquid state (J/g·ºC), density in solid and liquid state (kg/m3), thermal conductivity in solid and liquid state (W/m·ºC), degradation temperature (ºC), and hazard level.

Barley contains high levels of phenolic compounds that provide health benefits, making it a valuable addition to diets. However, most studies focus on these compounds at full maturity, often neglecting their development during grain maturation, which is relevant for food quality. This study examines changes in phenolic content throughout grain development in four hull-less barley genotypes with different grain colors, developed specifically for food applications. The research aims to evaluate the phenolic profile and identify the optimal maturity stage for peak phenolic content and antioxidant capacity.

Reflectance data (NIR region, 893-1731 nm) for different samples of oats (whole and ground) are provided. Also, DON concentration of that samples and if they are above (U) or under(L) the legal limit for oats is indicated.

This dataset comprise the results of a mRNA array of whole blood from 10 cases and 10 control patients of the NEFRONA study. Cases are patients with progression of atherosclerosis after 2 years whereas controls are patients in which the disease remains stable. Progression of atherosclerosis was defined as an increase in the number of arterial territories with atheroma plaque. Patients were matched by sex, age, CKD stage, diabetes and hipertension. We provide a deep-learning method to better estimate the size of partially occluded apples. The method is based on ORCNN (https://github.com/waiyulam/ORCNN) and sizecnn (https://git.wur.nl/blok012/sizecnn), which extended Mask R-CNN network to simultaneously perform modal and amodal instance segmentation. The amodal mask is used to estimate the fruit diameter in pixels, while the modal mask is used to measure in the depth map the distance between the detected fruit and the camera and calculate the fruit diameter in mm by applying the pinhole camera model.

Matlab implementation to evaluate RGB-D sensor performance in orchard environments. This project is a matlab implementation to evaluate RGB-D sensor performances by analysing RGB-D data acquired in different orchard conditions. The code follows the assessment methodology presented in [1], and it was used to evaluate the performance of Microsoft Kinect v2 by using the KEvOr dataset.
