TEMPS DE FUGIDA POLLS DE GAVIÀ ARGENTAT (LARUS MICHAHELLIS) SEGONS MÈTODE D'ALLIBERAMENT

  • Bosch, Marc
Time that a sample of 54 chicks, aged between 23 days and fledging, remained at the release site following (1) standard direct release (control group) and (2) the vision-deprived supine release method. Additionally, for a subsample of 15 chicks, time from a third release (second control group) is available, allowing us to assess any effect of release order.

COR-IPHES 3D Model Viewer Dataset

This dataset contains all the files of the COR-IPHES 3D model viewer.

The COR-IPHES 3D Viewer is a web experience built to showcase the COR-IPHES osteological reference collection. It combines a public landing page with an advanced Three.js viewer that streams models directly from the CORA Dataverse. The application emphasises accessibility, internationalisation, and tooling that make scientific 3D assets easier to explore.

The website can be accessed at the following address:https://cor.iphes.cat/

The website was created by Brice Lebrun as part of theEsqueletos en Líneaproject (led by Palmira Saladié Ballesté) , funded by theMaría de Guzmánfellowship(MDG-23-11591).

FRENCH-CATALAN LMF APERTIUM BILINGUAL DICTIONARY

This is the LMF version of the Apertium bilingual dictionary for French and Catalan languags. Bilingual LMF dictionaries were generated from Apertium bilingual dix files. For each Apertium bilingual correspondence, the corresponding source and target monolingual entries (LexicalEntry) were generated in addition to the bilingual correspondence (SenseAxis) element. Apertium is a free/open-source machine translation platform, initially aimed at related-language pairs but recently expanded to deal with more divergent language pairs (such as English-Catalan). The platform provides: a language-independent machine translation engine; tools to manage the linguistic data necessary to build a machine translation system for a given language pair and linguistic data for a growing number of language pairs.

REPLICATION DATA FOR: "CHESHIMP: DEMOCRATISING MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTROSCOPIC IMAGING DATA PROCESSING"

  • Gomez-Cabeza, David
MRI images (proton and chemical shift) data extracted from a Bruker 3T BioSpec system using ParaVision 360 V3.4 and processed CSI and EPSI spectroscopic images corresponding to the validation of an automated platform to process MRI chemical shift images (CheShImP). We assessed the platform on unfertilised chicken eggs, a male mice and microfluidic platforms. We evaluated both proton (1H) and carbon (13C) spectroscopy, as well as enzymatic reactions. Hence, this data provides examples to process using CheShImP (developed in MATLAB), an easy-to-use, open-source platform as well as how to handle the output data from the platform using common Python code. To access the software presented in this work and explanation documentation on how to use it, access the GitHub repository https://github.com/DavidGomezCabeza/CheShImP.

MACROINVERTEBRATE DATA FROM THREE CATALAN RIVERS: ARBÚCIES, LLÉMENA AND RIERA MAJOR

  • Pinilla Rosa, Manuel
  • Muñoz, Isabel
  • Menéndez, Margarita
  • Martinez-Sanz, Itxaso
  • Gomez-Arcusa, Silvia
Data of stream macroinvertebrate communities of the task 1.2 of the project Rivstress (PID2020-115708RB-C21). The data was collected in an experiment conducted in three Catalan rivers: Arbúcies, Llémena and Riera Major. Artificial substrates (bricks) were placed into the rivers to study freshwater macroinvertebrates. The bricks were exposed to two intensities of drying (pulse: short and intermittent; press: prolonged drying) and, finally, to the effluent of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), to study the impact of both stressors on the taxonomic and functional structure of macroinvertebrate communities. See Pinilla-Rosa et al. (in press) for more detailed information. The data format allows to recreate every result presented in Pinilla-Rosa et al. (in press). Four files present the data of taxonomic richness, abundance, biomass, functional richness and functional dissimilarity used to conduct Generalized Lineal Models (GLMs). The rest of the files present the community matrices used to conduct different community analyses (Coverage, NMDS, PERMANOVA, beta diversity, IndVal and CWMs) for each river. Biomass is expressed as AFDM (mg) of macroinvertebrates. Functional dissimilarity is expressed using the Rao index (ranged between 0: no dissimilarity, and 1: total dissimilarity). In addition, supporting files are included for concrete analysis such as the defined treatments for PERMANOVAs and the legend of CWM categories.

This is the stand-off GrAF version of the Basque Dependency Treebank (BDT). It is the Reference Corpus for the Processing of Basque (EPEC) annotated at syntactic level. EPEC is a 300,000 word corpus of standard written journal texts which aims to be a training corpus for the development and inprovement of several Natural Language Procesing tools. It has been manually tagged at different levels: morphology, partial syntax and semantic This is the stand-off GrAF version of the Constituent Basque Treebank.
