Dataset Abstract for Experiments on Catalan Syntactic Parsing Abilities This dataset encompasses raw data from a series of experimental studies designed to investigate the syntactic parsing abilities of Catalan-speaking children and infants, specifically focusing on subject-verb agreement. The collection includes data from three distinct experiments:

1. Sentence-Picture Matching Tasks for Children Aged 3 to 6: Data from tasks where children were asked to match sentences to pictures, assessing their ability to identify singular versus plural subjects in both overt and null-subject sentences. The dataset includes responses from 53 participants across varied conditions, including control, full DP (Determiner Phrase)and pronominal subject singular and plural, and null subject singular and plural scenarios.

2. Eye-Tracking Data from Infants: Recorded using Tobii Pro X3-120, this dataset captures the gaze patterns of Catalan-speaking and German-speaking infants aged 14 to 32 months as they were exposed to videos depicting actions with singular and plural subjects, corresponding to auditory stimuli that varied in subject presence (full DP versus null subjects) and number (singular versus plural). The dataset includes detailed gaze duration and fixation data during baseline and sentence exposure windows, offering insights into early syntactic parsing abilities.

3. Numerical Distractor Experiment: A follow-up experiment to the first, incorporating numerical distractors (e.g., "three ducks are running") to explore the influence of explicit number cues on syntactic parsing. This dataset includes responses from 58 participants, detailing performance across similar conditions to the first experiment but with the addition of fillers featuring numerals.

This dataset houses the code and data related to the paper titled "Prediction of Electronic Density of States in Guanine-TiO2 Adsorption Model based on Machine Learning.” “DEFECTED_MODEL_ML” and “STOICHIOMETRIC_MODEL_ML” folders include 10 instances of neural network generations per model, which are numbered in the same order given in supplementary material Table S1. The “DEFECTED_MODEL_MD” and “STOICHIOMETRIC_MODEL_MD” folders provide crucial files used in our study per each time step (15050 steps) of molecular dynamics simulations. “GEOMETRIC_COORDINATES_IN_FIGURE_2” and “GEOMETRIC_COORDINATES_IN_FIGURE_3” folders provides the crucial files for each represented inset of Figure 2 and Figure 3 in the main text. Thus, one can reproduce our analysis. “MatLab_Scripts” folder provides the scripts that we used for our study. “MATLAB_ML_CVPAR_25PerCent_15Neur_2Layers” is the script for processing database. “Predict_DOS_from_GEO_URV” enables predicting DOS from Geometry. Steps are described in the code. ## Usage In example one can pick a provided figure inset folder, then can add a desired neural network and the “Predict_DOS_from_GEO_URV” script into the same folder location. Thus the predictions in the study can be reproduced. Furthermore the script enables the applications with different geometry models introduced by user.

This dataset houses a research poster and its poster abstract. The set of documents first presented at The Virtual 10th International Conference on Nanotoxicology (NanoTox2021) poster presentation, 20th - 22nd April 2021. Poster Title: "New descriptors in toxicology prediction of nanomaterials: Using quasi-ab initio MD simulations for the estimation of aqueous ZnO and TiO2 surface structure parameters.” Our research focuses on understanding the toxicity of nanomaterials, highlighting the need for in-silico methods due to their diverse structures and compositions. We investigate the interactions and surface parameters of ZnO and TiO2 nanoparticles with water using Molecular Dynamics simulations at Density Functional – Tight Binding level methods. By incorporating new structural parameters, we aim to contribute toxicology prediction models and improve safety assessments of nanomaterials. The poster selected and awarded with attendees’ bursary, which is given to 49 attendees over 384 registered attendees, and one of the "Best Student Poster - Highly Commended" prize among 117 poster presentations.

Data base containing SPME-GC-MS raw analytical data obtained and used by Quintanilla-Casas et al. (Foods, 9: 1509). Data correspond to the volatile fingerprint of 305 authentic and traceable virgin olive oil samples produced in several EU and non-EU countries during two consecutive crop years (2016–2017 and 2017–2018), and to the information the olive oil category assigned by six official sensory panels in the framework of OLEUM project (EC H2020 Programme 2014–2020). TIC were extracted, aligned, and used to in-house validate the analytical fingerprint and to validate the screening tool to support virgin olive oil sensory panels. This screening tool was based on a PLS-DA classification approach to discriminate the virgin olive oil categories (extra virgin, virgin and lampante olive oil).
