This data set contains Magnetic Transmission X-ray Microscopy images from a permalloy microstructure acquired at MISTRAL beamline (ALBA Synchrotron) that have been used to obtain the magnetic tomograms analyzed in the research paper "Bloch points and topological dipoles observed by X-ray vector magnetic tomography in a ferromagnetic microstructure" at Communication Physics (2023), The ALBA Synchrotron is funded by the Ministry of Research and Innovation of Spain, by the Generalitat de Catalunya and by European FEDER funds. This project has been supported by Spanish MICIN under grant PID2019-104604RB/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by Asturias FICYT under grant AYUD/2021/51185 with the support of FEDER funds.

Complete description of the obtention of new aptamers against the antibiotic Vancomycin by using Magnetic-bead SELEX, their characterization by SPR, generation of the tridimensional structure for molecular docking and the development of adisposable electrochemical aptasensor for cost-effective and rapid monitoring of Vancomycin in serum. Validation with clinical samples from hospitalized patient under antibiotic treatment and comparsion with results obtained in the clinical laboratory.
