Metabolic reprogramming of cancer cells represents an orchestrated network of evolving molecular and functional adaptations during oncogenic progression. In particular, how metabolic reprogramming is orchestrated in breast cancer and its decisive role in the oncogenic process and tumor evolving adaptations are well consolidated at the molecular level. Nevertheless, potential correlations between functional metabolic features and breast cancer clinical classification still represent issues that have not been fully studied to date. Accordingly, we aimed to investigate whether breast cancer cell models representative of each clinical subtype might display different metabolic phenotypes that correlate with current clinical classifications. In the present work, functional metabolic profiling was performed for breast cancer cell models representative of each clinical subtype based on the combination of enzyme inhibitors for key metabolic pathways, and isotope-labeled tracing dynamic analysis. The results indicated the main metabolic phenotypes, so-called ‘metabophenotypes’, in terms of their dependency on glycolytic metabolism or their reliance on mitochondrial oxidative metabolism. The results showed that breast cancer cell subtypes display different metabophenotypes. Importantly, these metabophenotypes are clearly correlated with the current clinical classifications., Funding: This research, including APC charges, was funded by the Spanish Agencia Estatal de Investigación (Ministry of Science and Innovation) and the European Regional Development Fund [grant numbers CTQ2014-56370-R and CTQ2017-85658-R]; the Fundación Ramón Areces; and the initiative Solidaridad Entre Montañas.

LONG TERM STUDY OF THE SCHUMANN RESONANCE REGULAR VARIATIONS USING THE SIERRA NEVADA STATION GROUND-BASED MAGNETOMETERS. DATA
- Salinas Extremera, Alfonso|||0000-0003-0899-1702
We present the data of a study of the Schumann Resonance (SR) regular variations (March 2013 – February 2017) using the ground-based magnetometers from the Sierra Nevada station, Spain (37◦02’N, 3◦19’W). The study is based on the fitting parameters obtained by the Lorentzian fit, calculated for each 10-min interval record, namely, peak amplitudes, central frequencies, width of the resonances and the power spectrum integral for the first 3 SR modes. We consider three time-scales in the study: seasonal, monthly and daily variations. The processed data collected by the Sierra Nevada station are also made public with this work.

EL PROYECTO EUROPA: UN RETO CULTURAL
THE EUROPE PROJECT: A CULTURAL CHALLENGE
This article addresses the question as to why female migrants are more negatively affected than male migrants when confronted with unfamiliar traits in communication in the host country, but they are nevertheless more willing to adapt to the foreign style of communication. To answer this question, the different management of emotional regulation (Thayer et al. 2003) by both genders was investigated. A broad survey conducted among Spanish migrants in Germany led to the conclusion that the female migrants actually perceive the investigated traits more frequently and are also more affected by them. But, in comparison to the males, they have an increased ability to recognize and understand their emotions although they also display an increased tendency to ruminate. However, most of the women counteracted this tendency with a heightened ability to regulate their emotions through anti-rumination emotional repair strategies. According to the data, this ability seems to lead to a greater willingness to understand the views of the natives and thus possibly to being more disposed to integrate into the host society.
