Appendix A: videos showing the spatial and temporal evolution of CO2: Videos displaying the spatial and temporal evolution of CO2 levels within the classroom for continuous ventilation conditions: First campaign day: file '20201210_CO2evolution_H=150cm.avi': https://nube.liftec.unizar-csic.es/index.php/s/rqdn9PG9T1dS1OB. Second campaign day: file '20201211_CO2evolution_H=150cm.avi': https://nube.liftec.unizar-csic.es/index.php/s/NsZV3bfypk9O49. Appendix B: CO2 evolution with time for different sensors within the classroom: This appendix provides additional information regarding the differences found between the 17 sensors located in the classroom. B1. Differences in height: In order to facilitate the readability of graphs, the 9 sensors used to ascertain differences in height (H1 to H9, see right side of Figure 2) have been grouped into 3 series representing the average of the 3 sensors at each measuring day. B2. Differences among zones: As for the 11 sensors used to assess differences among room zones (see left side of Figure 2), in this case only the three analyzers with clearer deviations (that is, P1, P2 and T9) will be plotted along with the plane average.-- Under a Creative Commons license cc-by-nc-nd 4.0., This work was conducted in the framework of the ‘Study of measures for prevention of airborne transmission of COVID-19 in schools and public transport in the city of Zaragoza’, in collaboration with the City Council of Zaragoza. The research group is a member of Aireamos, a group created in Spain to promote ventilation and CO2 monitoring as key measures to prevent airborne transmission of COVID-19. The authors would like to warmly thank the teaching staff and the students of CEIP Santo Domingo for their full availability and implication throughout the test campaign., The campaign described in this work consisted in 4 complete school days (10th, 11th, 15th and December 18, 2020). Ambient conditions during the first 3 days were typical of Continental-Mediterranean climate winters (Zaragoza has a Köppen-Geiger climate classification of BSk). Temperature records at the starting of these school days ranged between 6 and 8 °C, steadily increasing until reaching 10–15 °C at the end. By contrast, the fourth day (18th December) was foggy, with considerably lower and more stable temperatures (4–6 °C throughout all the school day). Wind velocities were typically below 10 km/h for all the cases, about half of the historic average in Zaragoza for December (Hernández, 1990). Therefore, velocities were sufficiently low and similar throughout the test period to discard any significant influence of wind on the differences found among the various strategies explored. 17 sensors were located in the classroom., Appendix A: videos showing the spatial and temporal evolution of CO2: First campaign day.
English: The Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid Vascular Plant Herbarium (Spain) is the largest herbarium in Spain and one of the most representative in Europe. The herbarium houses over a million specimens. It represents all plant groups and has a particularly important collection of specimens from the Iberian Peninsula, together with type specimens of South American plants gathered during historical expeditions. It is a restricted-use public collection. Under the regulations governing the management of the CSIC's collections, the Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid Herbarium is the property of the CSIC and is considered a national asset.

Data Files Description: NPC_XL_Identification_Inter_Crosslinked.csv: Inter-protein cross-links identified by pLink 2; NPC_XL_spectra.mgf: MS2 spectra data for the identified cross-links; NPC_XL_proteins.fasta : Protein sequences used for search., This repository contains chemical cross-linking mass spectrometry data of affinity-purified Yeast nuclear pore complexes., [Sample Processing] NPCs were immuno-purified from Mlp1 tagged S. cerevisiae strains (Kim et al., 2018). After native elution, 1.0 mM disuccinimidyl suberate (DSS) was added and the sample was incubated at 25ºC for 40 min with shaking (1,200 rpm). The reaction was quenched by adding a final concentration of 50 mM freshly prepared ammonium bicarbonate and incubating for 20 min with shaking (1,200 rpm) at 25ºC. The sample (50 µg) was then concentrated and denatured at 98ºC for 5 min in a solubilization buffer (10% solution of 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (C12-mim-Cl) in 50 mM ammonium bicarbonate, pH 8.0, 100 mM DTT). After denaturation, the sample was centrifuged at 21,130 g for 10 min and the supernatant was transferred to a 100 kDa MWCO ultrafiltration unit (MRCF0R100, Microcon). The sample was quickly spun at 1,000 g for 2 min and washed twice with 50 mM ammonium bicarbonate. After alkylation (50 mM iodoacetamide), the cross-linked NPC in-filter was digested by trypsin and lysC O/N at 37ºC. After proteolysis, the sample was recovered by centrifugation and peptides were fractionated into 10-12 fractions by using a stage tip self-packed with basic C18 resins (Dr. Masch GmbH). Fractionated samples were pooled prior to LC/MS analysis. Desalted cross-link peptides were dissolved in the sample loading buffer (5% Methanol, 0.2% FA), separated with an automated nanoLC device (nLC1200, Thermo Fisher), and analyzed by an Orbitrap Q Exactive HFX (Pharma mode) mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher) as previously described (Xiang et al., 2020; Xiang et al., 2021). Briefly, peptides were loaded onto an analytical column (C18, 1.6 μm particle size, 100 Å pore size, 75 μm × 25 cm; IonOpticks) and eluted using a 120-min liquid chromatography gradient. The flow rate was approximately 300 nl/min. The spray voltage was 1.7 kV. The QE HF-X instrument was operated in the data-dependent mode, where the top 10 most abundant ions (mass range 380 – 2,000, charge state 4 - 8) were fragmented by high-energy collisional dissociation (HCD). The target resolution was 120,000 for MS and 15,000 for tandem MS (MS/MS) analyses. The quadrupole isolation window was 1.8 Th; the maximum injection time for MS/MS was set at 200 ms., [Data processing] The raw data were searched with pLink2 (Chen et al., 2019b). An initial MS1 search window of 5 Da was allowed to cover all isotopic peaks of the cross-linked peptides. The data were automatically filtered using a mass accuracy of MS1 ≤ 10 ppm (parts per million) and MS2 ≤ 20 ppm of the theoretical monoisotopic (A0) and other isotopic masses (A+1, A+2, A+3, and A+4) as specified in the software. Other search parameters included cysteine carbamidomethyl as a fixed modification and methionine oxidation as a variable modification. A maximum of two trypsin missed-cleavage sites was allowed. The initial search results were obtained using a default 5% false discovery rate (FDR) expected by the target-decoy search strategy. Spectra were manually verified to improve data quality (Kim et al., 2018; Shi et al., 2014). Cross-linking data were analyzed and plotted with CX-Circos (http://cx-circos.net)., No

Introduction: theories related to body image suggest that the influence of sociocultural patterns encourages women to internalize certain patterns and develop a high drive towards thinness. Objective: to analyze a model based on the Tripartite Influence Model that explains how social pressures contribute to greater body dissatisfaction that would lead to feelings of low self-esteem, fear of gaining weight, and a greater desire to lose weight in patients with eating disorders. Method: the sample consisted of 195 women with an age range of 12 to 30 years (M = 18.63, SD = 2.87) diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified. The patients were interviewed for their diagnosis and two psychometric instruments were also applied. Subsequently, through a structural equation modeling analysis, a model was proposed for the patients. Results: the sociocultural factor that contributed the most to explain body dissatisfaction was the influence of the family. The model had a good fit. Discussion: the evidence obtained suggests that sociocultural factors, and in particular the influence exerted by the family, would contribute to the processes of body image formation in patients with eating disorders.

EXPLORING BODY IMAGE PERCEPTIONS AMONG PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY: A QUALITATIVE STUDY
EXPLORANDO LA PERCEPCIÓN DE IMAGEN CORPORAL EN PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD INTELECTUAL: UN ESTUDIO CUALITATIVO
- González-Martí, Irene
- Abellán, Jorge
- García-Barba, Cristina
Multiple studies have addressed body dissatisfaction in the past few years due to its relevant relationship with eating and body dysmorphic disorders. However, there is a lack of research on body dissatisfaction in people with intellectual disabilities. The study aimed to determine the level of body image dissatisfaction in people with mild intellectual disabilities. Qualitative research was applied at two different moments (studies 1 and 2). The first interview (study 1) was composed of 32 semi-structured questions and applied to 26 participants (16 women and 10 men) who answered if they felt comfortable or uncomfortable about their bodies’ appearance. A second session (study 2) was conducted with the seven participants that reported body dissatisfaction in study 1 (five men and two women). The second interview includes 24 questions focusing on the behavioural aspects related to such dissatisfaction. Six themes were identified related to body image, environment, and social media on study 1, and eating, checking behaviour, and physical activity on study 2. Overall, participants were found to have an established and accepted body identity in study 1. however, in study 2, most of them wanted to change their body shape to become “thinner” or “more muscular” under the prism of the Tripartite Influence Model., Múltiples estudios han abordado la insatisfacción corporal en los últimos años por su relevante relación con los trastornos dismórficos corporales y de la alimentación.

SOCIAL NETWORKING ACTIVITIES, BODY DISSATISFACTION, BEAUTY IDEALS AND BODY APPRECIATION IN ADULT WOMEN
ACTIVIDADES EN REDES SOCIALES, INSATISFACCIÓN CORPORAL, IDEALES DE BELLEZA Y APRECIACIÓN CORPORAL EN MUJERES ADULTAS
- Góngora, Vanesa C.
The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between different types of social networking activities and body dissatisfaction, internalization of beauty ideals and body appreciation in adult women in the metropolitan region of Buenos Aires. The sample consisted of 121 women aged 18 to 65 (M = 36.59, SD = 12.59). Participants completed a survey on social networks, the EDI-2 Eating Behavior Inventory, the SATAQ-3 Questionnaire on beauty ideals and the BAS-2 Body Appreciation scale. A cross-sectional design was used. Pearson correlations were calculated indicating that a higher frequency of social media activities was positively associated with body dissatisfaction and internalization of beauty ideals and negatively associated with body appreciation. Posting transient status updates and checking to see what their contacts are doing were found to be the activities most associated with negative aspects of body image. The Macro Process was used to carry out mediation and moderation analysis. The results indicated that within the social networking activities, transient status updates had no direct effect on body dissatisfaction but there was a significant indirect effect through the mediating role of body appreciation. Age was not a moderator of this mediation.

The perception of body image is usually affected in the different stages of a woman's life. The practice of physical exercise would be related to an improvement in the perception of body image, so it is important to investigate how the practice of physical exercise affects body image in the postpartum stage, since at this stage the perception is usually more negative . For this purpose, an online questionnaire was designed, consisting of socio-demographic questions, the International Physical Activity Questionnaire and the Body Shape Questionnaire. The sample consisted of 80 Spanish women, aged between 23 and 42 years, who were mothers in 2020 and 2021. The results show that the Body Mass Index is positively and significantly associated with body dissatisfaction. However, in relation to physical exercise, the results showed an inverse relationship. The women with the highest body dissatisfaction were those with the highest Body Mass Index and the highest level of physical activity, with Body Mass Index being the variable that most explained body dissatisfaction., La percepción de la imagen corporal suele verse afectada en las diferentes etapas de la vida de la mujer.
