Dataset of Odonata specimens of BOS Arthropod Collection (BOS-Odo) of University of Oviedo, available on IPT of GBIF (doi asigned to dataset: https://doi.org/10.15468/5chm8b ), and published in Torralba-Burrial, A., & Ocharan, F. J. (2013). Iberian Odonata distribution: data of the BOS Arthropod Collection (University of Oviedo, Spain). ZooKeys, 06, 37–58 https://doi.org/10.3897/zookeys.306.5289 (please cited the paper when use the dataset)., Odonata are represented from the Iberian Peninsula by 79 species. However, there exists a significant gap in accessible knowledge about these species, especially regarding their distribution. This data paper describes the specimen-based Odonata data of the Arthropod Collection of the Department of Biología de Organismos y Sistemas (BOS), University of Oviedo, Spain. The specimens were mainly collected from the Iberian Peninsula (98.63% of the data records), especially the northern region. The earliest specimen deposited in the collection dates back to 1950, while the 1980’s and 2000’s are the best-represented time periods. Between 1950 and 2009, 16, 604 Odonata specimens were deposited and are documented in the dataset. Approximately 20% of the specimens belong to the families Coenagrionidae and Calopterygidae. Specimens include the holotype and paratypes of the Iberian subspecies Calopteryx haemorrhoidalis asturica Ocharan, 1983 and Sympetrum vulgatum ibericum Ocharan, 1985. The complete dataset is also provided in Darwin Core Archive format., Spanish National R+D+i Plan (MICINN, Spanish Government, grant ref. PTA2010-4108-I) and PCTI Asturias (Asturias Regional Government, ref. COF11-38).

DATA FROM: "POSTOPERATIVE REHABILITATION AND FUNCTIONAL RECOVERY AFTER KNEE MENISCECTOMY: AN AMBISPECTIVE COHORT STUDY"
- Cuesta Barriuso, Rubén|||0000-0002-4276-6982
Background/Objectives: Meniscectomy is commonly performed to treat meniscal injury. Recovery of patients and restoration of functional capacity may be influenced by several factors, among which postoperative rehabilitation could play a significant role. The objec-tive was to compare clinical and functional status in patients undergoing meniscectomy according to receipt of postoperative rehabilitation; Methods: An ambispective cohort study was conducted in 89 patients who underwent meniscectomy. The primary outcome was functional capacity, assessed using the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test. The primary exposure was receipt of postoperative rehabilitation. Secondary outcomes included knee range of motion (goniometry), pain intensity (visual analogue scale, VAS), and kinesio-phobia (Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia); Results: Functional capacity differed significantly between patients who received postoperative rehabilitation and those who did not (U = 490; p = 0.03), with lower (better) TUG times in the rehabilitation group. A significant dif-ference was also observed between patients who did and did not engage in preoperative regular physical exercise (U = 680.0; p = 0.01), with better postoperative functional perfor-mance in those who had not exercised preoperatively. A sex difference was identified, with females demonstrating superior functional performances compared with males (U = 1187.0; p = 0.01). Older age was positively associated with functional impairment (β = 0.02; p = 0.02); Conclusions: Postoperative rehabilitation was associated with superior ob-jective functional performance after meniscectomy, alongside improvements in pain, range of motion, and kinesiophobia. Female sex and younger age predicted better func-tion; preoperative inactivity was associated with superior postoperative performance, while postoperative exercise showed no clear association. Findings should be interpreted cautiously in view of potential residual confounding and the small non-rehabilitation subgroup, and warrant validation in larger, preferably randomised, cohorts., This research received no external funding

DATA FROM "CLINICAL AND PSYCHOSOCIAL PREDICTORS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS: A MULTICENTRE CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY"
- Cuesta Barriuso, Rubén|||0000-0002-4276-6982
Data base of manuscript "Clinical and Psychosocial Predictors of Physical Activity in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: a Multicentre Cross-Sectional Study", Background/Objectives: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease characterised by musculoskeletal manifestations such as myopathies, arthritis, and arthralgia. Physical activity may improve patients’ perceived quality of life and over-all wellbeing. The objective was to assess physical activity levels in patients with SLE and to identify the main clinical, sociodemographic, and anthropometric variables influencing these levels. Methods: A multicentre cross-sectional study was conducted including 64 patients with SLE. Clinical variables were extracted from medical records, while pa-tient-reported outcomes were collected at the survey. The dependent variable was physical activity, assessed with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire. Independent variables included fatigue (FAS), quality of life (SF-36), sleep (PSQI), depression (BDI-II), anxiety (HARS), age, disease factors (activity, duration, damage), sex, smoking, and comorbidities. Results: Significant associations were observed between physical activity levels and smoking status (χ²=11.88; p=0.003), sleep quality (χ²=6.81; p=0.03), and anxiety (χ²=18.39; p=0.001). In multivariable analyses, poor sleep (PSQI>5) (OR=14.40; 95% CI: 2.50–82.99), higher anxiety (HARS; per point OR=1.12; 95% CI: 1.05–1.20), and higher SF-36 Physical Component Summary (PCS) scores (per point OR=1.29; 95% CI: 1.15–1.45) were associated with being in a higher physical activity category. Given the counterintui-tive direction for sleep and the limited model fit, these findings should be interpreted cau-tiously. Conclusions: In patients with SLE, physical activity was associated with smoking, sleep disturbances, and anxiety. Strongest associations were observed for sleep quality, anxiety, and physical health, although results require validation in larger, diverse cohorts, particularly regarding sleep–activity links.

Monitoring metabolites through non-invasive methods is revolutionizing clinical
analysis, with decentralized and faster tests. Sweat, a readily available biological fluid
that requires non-invasive and simple procedures, is emerging as a valuable source
of key biomarkers, such as glucose and ethanol. In this work, an enzymatic
nanobiosensor for simultaneous determination of glucose and ethanol in sweat
samples has been developed. The electrochemical platform consists of two working
electrodes onto which Pd nanoclusters (PdNCs) with catalytic activity for the oxygen
reduction reaction were deposited. Additionally, each WE was modified either with
glucose oxidase (GOx) or alcohol oxidase (AOx). Thus, the simultaneous quantification
of both analytes, glucose and ethanol, was performed thanks to the localized decrease
in the concentration of dissolved O2 produced at each WE by the oxidase enzymes.
This resulted in a reduction of the current density measured by cyclic voltammetry.
Sweat samples were collected using a polyamide membrane that permits extremely
rapid analysis without the need for any external solution or sample pretreatment,
making the method user-friendly and well-suited for self-analysis. The results revealed
the capability of the nanobiosensor for determining the increase in the level of both
analytes in sweat after the consumption of alcoholic beverages and energy drinks., This work was financially supported through projects PID2023-148375OB-I00 and PID2022-
