Productes de coneixement, L’Equip d’Assessorament Tècnic Civil en l’Àmbit de la Família (EATAF) dóna resposta a les peticions judicials d’assessorament tècnic dels jutjats que actuen en matèria de família, en casos de separació o conflicte, amb fills menors d’edat, per tal de proposar les mesures d’organització familiar més adequades en cada situació. En continuïtat amb el producte de coneixement col·laboratiu del 2011 Guia d’Intervenció amb menors, document de bones pràctiques per a la intervenció amb els nens en els procediments judicials, la CoP va creure convenient crear un decàleg propi, que pogués convidar a la bona pràctica del divorci a aquells que han decidit triar aquesta opció. Durant el 2013 i 2014, els professionals van concebre el decàleg “Pares, jo no em separo.”, en format de díptic i cartell, juntament amb un pla de sensibilització i de difusió en format de taller, adreçat a adults i professionals, per promoure, des de la visió de l’infant, les bones pràctiques en situacions de divorci., info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion

hiperlife is a high performance parallel library for finite elements. The aim of this library is to provide a computational framework to address problems of cell and tissue mechanobiology for a wide range of cases and users, with special focus on curved surfaces (the cell membrane, the cell cortex, epithelial monolayers,etc.). It is designed to handle the multiphysic nature of problems in mechanobiology, to manage unstructured grids that deal with complex geometries and to allow arbitrary higher-order basis functions that describe the curvature of interfaces. hiperlife is written in C++, uses the Message Passage Interface (MPI) paradigm for parallelism, and is built on top of several packages of the Trilinos Project. These particular choices set the basis for the main features of the library, namely, parallelism, flexibility, user-centered design and sustainability., 4.2

Recent technological advancements in Artificial Intelligence make it easy to create deepfakes, hyper-realistic videos in which images and video clips are processed to create fake videos that appear authentic. Many of them are based on swapping faces without the consent of the person whose appearance and voice are used. As emotions are inherent in human communication, studying how deepfakes transfer emotional expressions from original to fakes is relevant. In this work, we conduct an in-depth study on facial emotional expression in deepfakes using a well-known face swap-based deepfake database. First, we extracted the photograms from their videos. Then, we analyzed the emotional expression in both the original and the faked versions of the video recordings for all performers in the database. Results show that emotional expressions are not adequately transferred between original recordings and the deepfakes created from them. The high variability in emotions and performers detected between original and fake recordings indicates that performer emotion expressiveness should be considered for better deepfake generation or for detecting them.

Study of immune correlates against malaria after vaccination with RTS,S/ASO1E: a comphrensive immunological arm of a Phase III double-blind, randomize, controlled multi-centre trial (MAL067)., Dades primàries associades a l'article publicat a NPJ Vaccines, vol. 5 [https://doi.org/10.1038/s41541-020-0192-7], The RTS,S/AS01E vaccine has shown consistent but partial vaccine efficacy in a pediatric phase 3 26 clinical trial using a 3-dose immunization schedule. A fourth dose 18 months after the primary 27 vaccination was shown to restore the waning efficacy. However, only total IgG against the 28 immunodominant malaria vaccine epitope has been analyzed following the booster. To better 29 characterize the magnitude, nature and longevity of the immune response to the booster, we 30 measured levels of total IgM, IgG and IgG1-4 subclasses against three constructs of the 31 circumsporozoite protein (CSP) and the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg, also present in RTS,S) 32 by quantitative suspension array technology in 50 subjects in the phase 3 trial in Manhiça, 33 Mozambique. To explore the impact of vaccination on naturally acquired immune responses, we 34 measured antibodies to P. falciparum antigens not included in RTS,S. We found increased IgG, 35 IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4, but not IgG2 nor IgM, levels against vaccine antigens one month after the 4th 36 dose. Overall, antibody responses to the booster dose were lower than the initial peak 37 response to primary immunization and children had higher IgG and IgG1 levels than infants. 38 Higher anti-Rh5 IgG and IgG1-4 levels were detected after the booster dose, suggesting that RTS,S 39 partial protection could increase some blood stage antibody responses. Our work shows that the 40 response to the RTS,S/AS01E booster dose is different from the primary vaccine immune 41 response and highlights the dynamic changes in subclass antibody patterns upon the vaccine 42 booster and with acquisition of adaptive immunity to malaria.

Data correspond to the volatile fingerprint of 174 authentic and traceable virgin olive oil samples previously graded by six official sensory panels (data from 2 outlier samples are not included) in the framework of OLEUM project (EC H2020 Programme 2014–2020). Briefly, data correspond to SPME-GC-MS scan intensities of the total ion chromatogram at each retention time from 5.5 to 61.96 min.
