This dataset contains the experimental data associated to the publication "Identification of a missense variant in the porcine AGPAT gene family associated with intramuscular fat content through whole-genome sequencing" by Molinero et al. (2022; doi: https://doi.org/10.1111/age.13258). It includes a TXT file with the genotypes obtained using real-time PCR with High-Resolution Melt and the phenotypic data necessary for the validation of the effect of single nucleotide polymorphism rs196952262 on intramuscular fat in 1,034 pigs.

El presente conjunto de datos se centra en el desarrollo de un sistema institucional de tutorías que surge de la necesidad de contar con una herramienta tecnológica que permita crear, registrar y almacenar el expediente digital de los estudiantes a lo largo de su trayectoria estudiantil, permitiendo así a los tutores, y Área de Tutorías y Apoyo Psicopedagógico (ATAP) dar seguimiento oportuno y poder detectar casos críticos de manera oportuna identificando las necesidades de los alumnos con la finalidad de evitar la deserción escolar, reprobación de materias, comportamientos inadecuados y/o apoyar en el proceso de integración del estudiante a lo largo de su trayectoria estudiantil.

We applied mass-spectrometry-based techniques to quantify 569 lipid species and related indexs in plasma samples from 171 subjects (39 centenarians, 63 centenarians’ offspring, and 69 non-centenarians’ offspring without familial connections).

This study examines purple hull-less barley's potential for ready-to-eat cereal production, analyzing how extrusion affects its nutritional and functional qualities. Four formulations were tested: 100% whole barley, 100% pearled barley, a mix of 15% barley bran and 85% refined wheat flour, and 100% refined wheat.

Barley contains high levels of phenolic compounds that provide health benefits, making it a valuable addition to diets. However, most studies focus on these compounds at full maturity, often neglecting their development during grain maturation, which is relevant for food quality. This study examines changes in phenolic content throughout grain development in four hull-less barley genotypes with different grain colors, developed specifically for food applications. The research aims to evaluate the phenolic profile and identify the optimal maturity stage for peak phenolic content and antioxidant capacity.
