[ES] PACIS es un panel para realizar encuestas cuyo titular es el IESA-CSIC, un centro público de investigación científica perteneciente al Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas. La información obtenida tanto en el momento de la inscripción como en los sucesivos cuestionarios que respondan sus integrantes está protegida por la Ley 12/89 que regula el secreto estadístico para las administraciones públicas, no pudiéndose tratar ni difundir más que de forma numérica y agregada, para garantizar el anonimato de los entrevistados. Las personas inscritas en PACIS se incluyen en un fichero automatizado que comprende los datos de contacto y variables de clasificación básicas, cuya finalidad es la realización de encuestas de opinión de carácter científico. Este fichero, que es propiedad del IESA-CSIC, no se comparte en ningún caso con terceros, y el IESA-CSIC aplica las medidas adecuadas de seguridad para cumplir con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales. Toda persona inscrita en PACIS puede ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición dirigiéndose por email a agpd@pacis.es En las encuestas realizadas se recoge sólo la información personal necesaria para garantizar la calidad de la investigación. Finalizada la recogida de datos, se realiza un proceso de anonimización de la matriz de resultados desvinculándose los datos de personas inscritas en el fichero PACIS de sus respuestas a los cuestionarios. Los cuestionarios se ajustan a los distintos estándares de calidad específicos en la investigación mediante encuestas como UNE ISO-20252, ICC/ESOMAR, y específicos de Accesibilidad y Usabilidad en formatos digitales como UNE 139803 y WCAG 1.0. [Descripción de los métodos utilizados para la recopilación/generación de datos] Los datos provienen de las respuestas a un cuestionario alojado la web nocheinvestiga.es. Se ha articulado una estrategia para que los asistentes al evento accedan al link del cuestionario según el tipo de actividad divulgativa en la que hayan participado. En las actividades con reserva de plaza los participantes facilitaron su dirección de correo electrónico. Se enviaron un total de 1.707 invitaciones a la lista de direcciones de correo, con 3 recordatorios de respuesta, lo que ha permitido obtener 655 cuestionarios. En las actividades más multitudinarias se ha realizado un muestreo aleatorio entre los asistentes. Un equipo de encuestadores ha entrevistado forma presencial a 1.421 asistentes en las ocho capitales andaluzas durante la jornada del 30 de septiembre. This panel is composed of a group of households randomly selected to be representative to the Andalusian population. This survey was realized from October to December, 2018, to the population over 18 years, this survey focused in the knowledge and attitudes respect the consent model for organ donation and the family role. In this study 813 people have participated (476 answered de questionnaire by internet and 337 answered by phone). The data have been subjected to a weighting process using four variables (gender, age, level of education and municipal population size) so that the final data accurately reflect the Andalusian population they represent. On the other hand, it wants to connect these beliefs with their free time and media consumption patterns as well as with the sources they handle nowadays to access information and the trust or credibility that both classical media and social media (social networking and internet platforms) arouse in them. [Description of methods used for data collection] The EASIE survey was directed to a vast sample of Spanish nationals residing in Spain (N=2.344); data were collected by a combination of self-administered online questionnaires (CAWI; N=1.965) and telephone interviews (CATI; N=379); the latter were employed for sociodemographic profiles with low Internet use. Fieldwork was conducted by IMOP Insights, a specialized private-sector entity. The survey was approved by the Spanish Research Council’ Ethics Committee (reference nº 127/2020). The CAWI sample was random-selected among members of E-MOP who met required profile characteristics (age group, sex, etc.). E-MOP is a probability-based internet panel run by IMOP Insights. With a view to obtaining the best possible match between sample and the population of study, the CATI sample employed a dual (landline & mobile) sampling frame that sought to compensate internet penetration rates in each age group. Landline participants were selected in two steps: random selection of households based on landline listings, and subsequent quota-based selection of individuals (age & sex), always giving preference to the household member whose profile was worst represented in the sample at the time of call and postponing the interview if that person was temporarily unavailable. Mobile lines were randomly generated from the ranges assigned by the Spanish phone regulator to each mobile operator, automatically discarding inactive lines; the database was checked prior to fieldwork. For the CAWI sample, an average of 3 reminders were sent (maximum 5 contacts, i.e., initial invitation plus 4 reminders). For CATI, selected numbers not contacted at the first attempt were called two more times on average. Average questionnaire duration was 13.6 minutes for CAWI and 19.7 minutes for CATI.
