Language of the dataset: English, Catalan Abstract: This dataset frames the role of cooperatives as a potential alternative business model for the platform economy. It contains 11 semi-structured interviews to stakeholders engaged with platform cooperatives (Katuma, Smart and Fairbnb) about limits and strengths of economic performance in terms of growth, working conditions and redistribution of gains. The dataset is presented in three files. This data set will include data from the testing of the PLUS project “Charter of Digital Worker Rights” presented in the deliverable“D5.1 Charter of Digital Worker Rights”. The Charter was tested by the involved cooperatives (Katuma, Smart and FairBnb). The testing was organized by a survey, co-creation and unstructured sessions. The dataset includes the aggregated data from questionnaires answered by stakeholders participating in the testing sessions with Katuma, Smart and FairbnB. The dataset is presented in two files: 1) 01_Surveys_script.txt which includes the questionnaire and, 2) 02_Surveys_Results.ods which contains the results of the surveys. This dataset has been the base for the testing of “Charter on Digital Worker Rights” performed in the frame of PLUS project (supported by European Union Horizon 2020 Programme under the grant agreement number 822638) through a survey, unstructured and co-creation sessions with the three project pilots: Katuma, Smart and Fairbnb.

This dataset frames the interviews performed to platform workers in Barcelona city. It contains 29 semi-structured interviews to platform workers engaged with platform Airbnb or Deliveroo about their working conditions and social protection, labour process, among other related topics.

This dataset collects information on 60 agroecological consumer cooperatives in the city of Barcelona in terms of model typology, volume of participants, principles of the Social and Solidarity Economy and digital characterization.
