We tested 10 hemianopic patients and 10 healthy participants. They were scanned in a 1.5 Tesla Philips scanner at the Borgo Roma Hospital in Verona (Italy). We collected a whole brain high-resolution (1x1x1 mm3) 3D T1-weighted image with magnetization-prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo (MPRAGE) and one hundred sixty resting state volumes with TR=2500ms, Echo Time=50ms; 30 slices with slice thickness of 4mm, Field of View = 224x224mm, time duration = 6.47m and echo train length = 39. The entire sample was were scanned during the period of time going from February 2017 until July 2018.

Data base containing SPME-GC-MS raw analytical data obtained and used by Quintanilla-Casas et al. (Food Chemistry, 2020, 125556). Data correspond to 82 authentic and traceable olive oil samples, declared as EVOO by the suppliers obtained in the framework of OLEUM project (EC H2020 Programme 2014–2020) from seven different EU and non-EU countries: Croatia (n=11); Slovenia (SVN) (n=8); Spain (ESP) (n=17); Italy (ITA) (n=15); Greece (GRC) (n=6); Morocco (MAR) (n=15) and Turkey (TUR) (n=10). With the aim of reflecting the real production scenario, EVOO samples in this prospective study were obtained under usual production practices for commercial purposes, and thus consisted of both monovarietal oils as well as market blends of olive cultivars typical of each geographical origin. Briefly, data correspond to SPME-GC-MS scan intensities of the specific sesquiterpene hydrocarbon (SH) ions (m/z 93, 107, 119, 135, 157, 159, 161, 189 and 204) obtained from the Total Ion Current (TIC) between the 18th to the 30th minute. Thus, 2467 scans were obtained for each m/z ion implying 22203 variables per sample.

SUPPLEMENTAL DATA OF: MITOCHONDRIAL TOXICOGENOMICS FOR ANTIRETROVIRAL MANAGEMENT: HIV POST-EXPOSURE PROPHYLAXIS IN UNINFECTED PATIENTS

  • Garrabou Tornos, Glòria
  • Martínez, Esteban
We performed a multicentric observational study in HIV-1-exposed and uninfected patients to evaluate mitochondrial and metabolic disturbances before and after a 28-day PEP treatment comparing two different regimens: PI plus AZT + 3TC (n = 9) or PI plus TDF + FTC (n = 14). Patients were recruited in two hospitals: the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain) and the Hospital of Granollers (Granollers, Spain). All participants initiated their PEP regimen within 48 h after a non-occupational sexual exposure to HIV and provided informed consent to be enrolled in the study, which was approved by the Ethical Committee of our institutions. The inclusion criteria were adults over 18 years old with no clinical evidence of primary mitochondrial disease, or concomitant treatment with potential toxic drugs for mitochondria (antipsychotics, statins or antibiotics, among others) and the full completion of the 28-day treatment (per-protocol analysis). Although the initial sample of the study included a total of 30 participants, 7 of them were lost or excluded from the study. These excluded participants requiered changes of their PEP regimen due to the manifestation of intolerability recorded during the clinical interview. Epidemiological, virological, and therapeutic characteristics of the HIV-exposed participants were equivalent in both PEP arms. There were no statistically significant differences between both groups with respect to gender and age distribution. These treatment groups were composed by men exclusively, with mean age ranging from 33 to 34 years. The duration of treatment was consistent in both groups, as all patients received full-length PEP regimen and, once concluded, all participants were negative for HIV antibody testing.

SUPPLEMENTAL DATA OF: GENDER-DIFFERENCES IN CONSERVATOIRE MUSIC PRACTICE MALADJUSTMENT. CAN CONTEXTUAL PROFESSIONAL GOALS AND CONTEXT-DERIVED PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS SATISFACTION ACCOUNT FOR AMOTIVATION VARIATIONS?

  • Valenzuela, Rafael
  • Codina, Núria (Codina Mata)
  • Pestana, José Vicente
Raw data from a study about Gender-differences in music practice, which takes into account contextual goals, psychological needs satisfaction and amotivation. The present study is one of the first to assess gender-differences in amotivation in conservatoire instrument practice, linking these with musicians’ psychological need satisfaction, showing that women musicians may be perceiving the need for autonomy more closely linked with amotivation than their men counterparts.

EXPERT PERSPECTIVE ON FUNCTIONING IN SCHIZOPHRENIA: INTEGRATED DATA FROM SIX DELPHI STUDIES

  • Nuño Gómez, Laura, 1967-
  • Guilera Ferré, Georgina
  • Rojo Rodés, José Emilio
  • Gómez Benito, Juana
  • Barrios Cerrejón, M. Teresa
The dataset shows individual responses to the last round of a Delphi study with health professionals. The study aims to evaluate the content validity of the ICF-CSs for schizophrenia from the perspective of experts in the treatment of this population, as well as to identify the potential repercussions of this health condition in the functioning of people diagnosed with this disorder. The results provide important support for the worldwide content validity of the ICF-CSs for schizophrenia from the expert perspective and highlight the relevance, in the evaluation and treatment of people with schizophrenia, of assessing functioning by considering the body functions, participation in activities, environmental aspects and personal factors that experts have identified.

The management of empty pesticide containers (EPC) in Bolivia generates wastewaters polluted with pesticides, which must be properly treated before discharged. In this study, solar photo-Fenton at low Fe2+ doses were tested at pilot plant scale in Cochabamba (Bolivia) for the removal of pesticides dimethoate and atrazine in their commercial form, spiked in river water. The data included are the results of remaining pesticides, Total Organic Carbon and hydrogen peroxide concentration along the treatment for the different experimental conditions tested (from 0 to 1,5 mgL-1 of Fe2+). Data also includes the accumulated energy, in KJs-1, corresponding to the measures of global UV radiation in a range of 0 to 60.8 W m-2 and wavelengths between 290 and 370 nm
