This paper presents a new synthetic dataset openly available at https://www.uma.es/robotics-and-mechatronics/info/132852/negs-ugv-dataset obtained from Gazebo simulations of an Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) moving on different natural environments. To this end, a Husky mobile robot equipped with a tridimensional (3D) Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensor, a stereo camera, a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver, an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and wheel tachometers has followed several paths using the Robot Operating System (ROS). Both points from LiDAR scans and pixels from camera images, have been automatically labeled into their corresponding object class. For this purpose, unique reflectivity values and flat colors have been assigned to each object present in the modeled environments. As a result, a public dataset, which also includes 3D pose ground-truth, is provided as ROS bag files and as human-readable data. Potential applications include supervised learning and benchmarking for UGV navigation on natural environments. Moreover, to allow researchers to easily modify the dataset or to directly use the simulations, the required code has also been released, This work was partially supported by the Andalusian project UMA18-FEDERJA-090 and by the Spanish project RTI2018-093421-B-I00.

Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) is among the most prevalent mental illnesses, and due to the low efficacy of the current medication, it is essential to find new biological targets that could modulate alcohol consumption. Since Galanin (1− 15) [GAL(1− 15)] produces a loss of motivational behaviour by an artificial reinforcer and decreases the preference an alcohol consumption in a voluntary alcohol intake, we have studied the role of GAL(1− 15) in alcohol-seekingbehaviourandtheinvolvementofthecorticomesolimbicsystemaswellastheroleofGAL(1− 15) in context-induced alcohol relapse. In rats, we have studied GAL(1− 15)-effects on alcohol-seeking in self- administration, in fixed-ratio (FR1) and progressive-ratio (PR), and the involvement of GAL receptors using siRNA GALR1 or GALR2 knockdown animals. We have analysed the transcriptional changes of C-Fos, dopamine receptors, GAL receptors and 5HT1A receptors in the corticomesolimbic system. Also, we have examined the effect of GAL(1− 15) in context-induced alcohol relapse. GAL(1− 15) substantially reduced alcohol-seeking behaviour in the operant self-administration model in an FR1 protocol and at the breaking point in a PR schedule. GALR1and GALR2 were involved in these effects, as indicated by the analysis by GALR2 antagonist and GALR1 and GALR2 knockdown animals. Notably, the mechanism of GAL(1− 15)-mediated actions involved changes in C-Fos, Dopamine receptors and 5HT1A expression in the ventral tegmental area, accumbens nucleus and prefrontal cortex. Significantly, GAL(1− 15) reduced the context-induced alcohol relapse. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo la exploración de las creencias de los maestros de educación primaria en relación con 1) perder en la escuela, 2) los comportamientos de los estudiantes para hacer frente al hecho de perder y 3) estrategias para enseñar cómo hacer frente a la pérdida de forma adaptativa en la escuela. Utilizando la metodología de estudio de casos, se realizan entrevistas en profundidad y encuestas entre una muestra de profesores seleccionados a propósito con perfiles variados. Por medio del análisis de contenido, los resultados evidenciarán cómo los participantes entienden el hecho de perder en la escuela.

El presente estudio fue realizado por la profesora María Jesús García Granja, tomando como muestra a alumnos matriculados en asignaturas de primer y cuarto curso del Grado en Fundamentos de la Arquitectura de la Universidad de Málaga. Para la investigación por encuesta se utilizaron como instrumento básico cuestionarios de elaboración propia, según tablas de operacionalización prediseñadas por la autora, que permitieron recoger de forma organizada los indicadores de las variables implicadas en el objetivo de la encuesta. Dichos cuestionarios fueron distribuidos en clase de las asignaturas Introducción a Historia del Arte y de la Arquitectura (1º) y Composición Arquitectónica I (4º), para su cumplimentación voluntaria por los estudiantes que desearan colaborar en el estudio.
