Full protocol can be found in Spanish in the following link: http://hdl.handle.net/2445/117927 Or in Catalan, here: http://hdl.handle.net/2445/117926, Raw data from the study “School staff members knowledge of victimization, detection and reporting”. The study is centered in analyzing the level of knowledge of school staff members of Barcelona city of victimization, its detection and its reporting. Knowledge in this areas is measured through thirty statements to classify as true or false. The statements are coded as follows: F1 to F10: Statements about victimization F11 to F20: Statements about detection F21 to F30: Statements about reporting Correctly classified statements are coded with “1” and wrongly classified or unknown statements were coded as “0”. The data also includes variables of interest, such as self-perceived efficacy to detect sign in minors (“Scm”), self-perceived efficacy to detect signs in families (“Scf”), if the participant ever had a suspicions that a child under their care might be being victimized (“Detec”) and if the participant ever reported a potential victimization case outside the school (“Repor”). All these variables are coded as “1” if they were answered positively and “0” if they were answered negatively. The dataset also includes demographic variables, coded as follows: Sex (“Sex”): “0” mean “female” and “1” mean “male”. Role in school (“Role”): The first category (“0”) referred school staff who spent four hours or more in charge of the same group of children or adolescents, mainly kindergarten and elementary school teachers. The second category (“1”) included school staff members who spent less than four hours per day with the same group of students, like teachers of specific courses such as art, music, physical education, lunchtime or playground monitors. The last category (“2”) comprised staff such as head teachers, special education teachers or school psychologists who were not in charge of groups of children or adolescents but encountered them individually. School level in which the participant was working (“Level”): First category (“0”) included staff working in kindergarten or elementary school, second category (“1”) grouped staff working in middle or high school and the third category (“2”) referred to staff working in both levels. Results showed lower levels of knowledge in the reporting sections and significant relationship with detection and reporting experiences.

FUNCTIONAL INTERACTIONS IN PATIENTS WITH HEMIANOPIA: A GRAPH THEORY-BASED CONNECTIVITY STUDY OF RESTING FMRI SIGNAL (RAW DATA)

There are twenty zip files each one corresponding to a participant. The acronym PT stands for patients (from 01 to 10) and HC stands for healthy controls (from 01 to 10). Once unzipped, structural and functional data of each patient and healthy control are located in the folder indicated by the specific acronym and number of the participant (i.e. PT01). Thus, each folder contains the original functional data of the resting state sequence (fmri.nii.gz), the preprocessed functional data (fmri_res.nii.gz), the original structural T1-weighted image (T1.nii.gz) and the structural T1-weighted image after applying the brain extraction with the Brain Extraction Tool of fsl (T1_brain.nii.gz) and used to perform the co-registration with the functional data. All images are in NIfTI (Neuroimaging Computer Technology Initiative) format, as a gzip compressed file, normally used by different software as the software library FMRIB (FSL). We also provide the NIfTI file of the AAL Atlas used to parcellate the brain during the analysis (AAL_Contract_90_3MM.nii) and the corresponding text file indicating the list of regions composing the atlas (AAL_LabelID_90.txt)., Podeu consultar el document publicat a: http://hdl.handle.net/2445/161359, Dades primàries associades a un article publicat a la revista PLoS One, 2020, vol. 15, num. 1, p. e0226816 [https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0226816], We tested 10 hemianopic patients and 10 healthy participants. They were scanned in a 1.5 Tesla Philips scanner at the Borgo Roma Hospital in Verona (Italy). We collected a whole brain high-resolution (1x1x1 mm3) 3D T1-weighted image with magnetization-prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo (MPRAGE) and one hundred sixty resting state volumes with TR=2500ms, Echo Time=50ms; 30 slices with slice thickness of 4mm, Field of View = 224x224mm, time duration = 6.47m and echo train length = 39. The entire sample was were scanned during the period of time going from February 2017 until July 2018.

For further clarification, please look at the README files of every data subset., Part B of this dataset is available at http://hdl.handle.net/2445/139554 under embargoed access, This dataset refers to PERCEIVE tasks 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5. These tasks analyze the data sets developed by PERCEIVE task 2.1 in order to identify, quantify and synthetize the most important variables to asses identification with EU by citizens. The results feed an update of the data set developed in task 2.1. Finally, these data is be used to model convergence of EU citizens' identification in the case study regions. Data consists of the quantitative statistical information used to produce all the results of WP2 and the indicators regarding the variables of interest obtained by means of different statistical techniques. Moreover, data on absorption of EU funds, provided by the EC and other research centres and collected in task 2.5, is be gathered in this data set, together with the results of convergence analysis. This data set is be used to evaluate the EU citizens’ perception of the EU project in relation to regional performance of the cohesion policy and institutional quality. WP2 uses primary data from the survey developed in WP1 (“PERCEIVE: WP1: Framework for comparative analysis of the perception of Cohesion Policy and identification with the European Union at citizen level in different European countries: Task1.3: Survey at citizen level” data set) and also comparative case studies on EU countries and regions, coming also from WP1 (”PERCEIVE: WP1: Framework for comparative analysis of the perception of Cohesion Policy and identification with the European Union at citizen level in different European countries: Task1.1: The framework for the comparative analysis” and ”PERCEIVE: WP1: Framework for comparative analysis of the perception of Cohesion Policy and identification with the European Union at citizen level in different European countries: Task1.2: Focus group with Cohesion Policy practitioners” data sets). The data set incorporates data from existing sources including Eurostat and information resulting from the Survey conducted at WP1 of the PERCEIVE’s project. As regards secondary data, no additional treatment is needed. Info about the sources of such data, including references to technical details, is provided in the dataset's codebook.
