Radio access network optimization is a critical task in current cellular systems. For this purpose, Minimization of Drive Test (MDT) functionality provides mobile operators with georeferenced network performance statistics to tune radio propagation models in re-planning tools. However, some samples in MDT traces contain critical location errors due to the user equipment's energy-saving, thus making MDT data filtering vital to guarantee an adequate performance of MDT-driven algorithms. Supervised Learning (SL) allows to train automatic systems for detecting abnormal MDT measurements by using a labeled dataset. Unfortunately, labeling MDT data is a labor-intensive task, that can be alleviated by using Self-Supervised Learning (SSL). This work presents a novel SSL method to detect MDT measurements with abnormal position information in road scenarios. For this purpose, a dataset is first labeled by combining unlabeled MDT traces from high-mobility users and freely available land use maps, and then an SL classifier is trained. Model assessment is carried out using MDT data collected in a live Long-Term Evolution (LTE) network. Performance analysis includes the comparison of six well-known SL algorithms and 3 different sets of input features aiming to improve model accuracy, generalizability, and explainability, respectively. Results show that considering predictors regarding positioning error increases model accuracy, whereas omitting this information allows to cover a wider range of terminals. Likewise, Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) analysis proves that the use of high-level predictors significantly improves model explainability., Proyecto 6G-GRADA, Ayuda para la formacion de doctores PRE2022-102119, Agencia Estatal de Investigacion, Unión Europea

DATOS KT ESCUELA DE TRI.
- Merino-Marban, Rafael
- Fernández-Rodríguez, Emilio
- Mayorga-Vega, Daniel
The purpose of the present study was to examine the effect of KT on 30 m sprint and
counter movement jump performance in active children. Methods. A randomized crossover,
pretest/posttest repeated measures design was used to compare the effects of KT on triceps
surae and no taping. To generate the random assignment sequence, the data collection
sheets were randomly marked with a small letter a or b alternatively. Only the KT
practitioner knew that these letters corresponded to one of the two groups. The two
sessions were separated for three days to avoid accumulation of the KT effects and took
place on the same public sports track. Of the 28 healthy active children (12 girls and 16
boys) enrolled in a triathlon school, all children voluntarily participated in the present study.
Results. The results of the ANOVA on the average obtained in the counter movement jump
test showed differences statistical significant a favor of KT condition [F(1, 19) = 12.383, p =
0.002; η2 = 0.395; P = 0.916]. However, the ANOVA results on the average obtained in the
sprint test did not show differences statistical significant in 0-15 m, 15-30 m, and 0-30 m.
Conclusions. KT on the triceps surae does not seem to affect the sprint performance in
apparently healthy active children, but it does on the counter movement jump test. The KT
application did not cause any discomfort or injury to the children during the study.

DATASET: WHEN SOCIAL MEDIA HURTS: A 9-MONTH PROSPECTIVE STUDY ON SELF-BLAME AS A MEDIATOR BETWEEN PROBLEMATIC SOCIAL MEDIA USE AND SUICIDAL IDEATION IN ADOLESCENTS.

The increasing prevalence of problematic social media use (PSMU) has heightened concerns about its adverse impact on internet users’ mental health, specifically, on suicidality. Despite reviews investigating the associations between PSMU, emotion regulation, and suicidality, there is a lack of understanding of the potential role that specific emotion regulation might play. This study aimed to bridge this gap by examining the mediating role of four specific maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies (CERS) (i.e., rumination, self-blame, other-blame, catastrophizing) in the prospective link between PSMU and suicidal ideation in a sample of 517 adolescents (M = 13.41, SD = 1.06). Results showed that PSMU was significantly associated with suicidal ideation nine months after. Maladaptive CERS were negatively associated with both PSMU and suicidal ideation, with the exception of other-blame, that was not significantly related to PSMU. Findings of mediation analyses indicated that solely self-blame mediates the negative and prospective link between PSMU and suicidal ideation. Specifically, those adolescents who present PSMU were found to show higher self-blame that, in turn, contributed to greater suicidal ideation nine months later. These findings reinforce the notion that not only PSMU might be a risk factor for suicide in adolescence, but also that efforts should focus on identifying and helping adolescents reduce self-blame. Implications of this study for the prevention of suicidal ideation associated with PSMU in adolescents are discussed., Parte del proyecto I+D+i PID2020-117006RB-I00, financiado por MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033, Grupo de investigación Applied Positive Lab CTS-1048G-FEDER (Junta de Andalucía), Ayuda FPU23/03374, financiada por MICIU/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 y por el FSE+ (V. DATASET BULLY CYBER COGNITIVE STRATEGIES

The identification of behavioral traits that could predict an individual's susceptibility to engage in cocaine addiction is relevant for understanding and preventing this disorder, but investigations of cocaine addicts rarely allow us to determinate whether their behavioral attributes are a cause or a consequence of drug use. To study the behaviors that predict cocaine vulnerability, male C57BL/6J mice were examined in a battery of tests (the elevated plus maze, hole-board, novelty preference in the Y-Maze, episodic-like object recognition and forced swimming) prior to training in a cocaine-conditioned place preference (CPP) paradigm to assess the reinforcing value of the drug. In a second study, the anatomical basis of high and low CPP in the mouse brain was investigated by studying the number of neurons (neuronal nuclei-positive) in two addiction-related limbic regions (the medial prefrontal cortex and the basolateral amygdala) and the number of dopaminergic neurons (tyrosine hydroxylase-positive) in the ventral tegmental area by immunohistochemistry and stereology. Correlational analyses revealed that CPP behavior was successfully predicted by anxiety-like measures in the elevated plus maze (i.e., the more anxious mice showed more preference for the cocaine-paired compartment) but not by the other behaviors analyzed. In addition, increased numbers of neurons were found in the basolateral amygdala of the high CPP mice, a key brain center for anxiety and fear responses. The results support the theory that anxiety is a relevant factor for cocaine vulnerability, and the basolateral amygdala is a potential neurobiological substrate where both anxiety and cocaine vulnerability could overlap., This research was funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness and was co-funded by the European Research Development Fund (UE-ERDF) (PSI2013-44901-P to L.J.S.); the Spanish Carlos III Health Institute (ISC-III), the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, UE-ERDF (CP12/03109 to J.S.); the Regional Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of the AndalusianRegional Government (Junta de Andalucía) (PI0228-2013 to F.J.P. and PI0823-2012 to A.S.); Red de Trastornos Adictivos UE-ERDF2012 (RD12/0028/0001) and Plan Nacional sobre Drogas 049/2013to F.R.F.

DATASET_CYBERVICTIMIZATION_FORGIVENESS_STRESS_SUICIDAL_IDEATION.
- Quintana-Orts, Cirenia Luz

Cybervictimization is a public health concern in adolescence. Victims of cyberbullying may present with important short- and long-term sequelae. Specifically, past research has demonstrated positive associations between being cybervictimized and risk of suicide among adolescents. Nonetheless, the underlying mechanisms that may mediate or moderate this relationship remain unclear. The present research examined perceived stress as a mediator and forgiveness as a moderator to explore the relationship between cybervictimization and suicidal ideation. Specifically, vengeance, avoidance, and benevolence motivations, as a means of measuring forgiveness experienced, were analyzed as moderators in the relations between cybervictimization and suicidal ideation. The sample included 1,821 adolescents (954 girls) who ranged in age from 12 to 17 years from nine centers. Adolescents’ self- reported perceived stress levels, cybervictimization, and forgiveness were collected. A mediation and a moderated mediation analyses were used to explore the aim of the present study. Results suggest that, after controlling for sex and age, perceived stress partially mediates the association between cybervictimization and suicidal ideation. Furthermore, the mediation effects of perceived stress were independently moderated by vengeance and avoidance. Thus, revenge and avoidance might intensify the adverse impact of perceived stress on suicidal ideation. These results highlight how and when cybervictimization is related to suicidal ideation. We discuss the results in relation to previous research and consider their practical implications. These findings suggest that adolescents’ perceived stress, together with vengeance and avoidance motivations, may be key targets for prevention and intervention programs dealing with cybervictimization. This highlights the need to implement treatment and prevention programs focused on decreasing such motivations., Universidad de Málaga (PPIT.UMA.B1.2017/23).

The aim of this study is to explore a model examining how emotional intelligence (EI), gender, depressive symptoms and suicidal thoughts and behaviours (STB) may interact. The sample included 380 Spanish adolescent bully-victims (61.6% boys; mean age = 14.38 years). The results indicated that EI is a significant negative predictor of decreased STB and that this relation is fully mediated by depressive symptoms. This effect was moderated by gender, such that the mediation is stronger for girls compared to boys. The promotion of EI may be core in the development of prevention programmes for suicide, especially among female bully-victims., Parte del proyecto I+D+i PID2020-117006RB-I00, financiado por MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033, Grupo de investigación Applied Positive Lab CTS-1048G-FEDER, Contrato posdoctoral financiado por el Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (FJC2019-038942-I/ AEI/10.13039/501100011033).

DATASET CORE SELF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING CLASSMATE SUPPORT
- Yudes Gómez, Carolina

- Extremera-Pacheco, Natalio
The aim of this research was to explore whether perceived support from classmates moderates the relationship between core self-evaluations (CSE) and psychological well-being indicators among adolescents. The Core Self-Evaluations Scale, the Teacher and Classmate Support Scale, the Satisfaction with Life Scale, the Frequency of Suicidal Ideation Inventory, and the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress scales were administered to 2,883 Spanish adolescents (Mage = 14.07). Perceived classmate support moderated the relationship between CSE and life satisfaction, depressive symptoms, and suicidal ideation. These findings provide empirical support for theoretical and conceptual work connecting perceived classmate support, CSE, and psychological well-being among adolescents, suggesting that alone, but also in combination, these personal and social resources may be particularly relevant in helping to promote psychological well-being. Theoretical and practical implications of the joint study of these constructs and their relationship with psychological well-being in adolescents are discussed., Universidad de Málaga
